Excellent house, almost like new, with all the comforts to spend several days in the place. The plot is beautiful, the quality of the furniture, the beds, and the central heating it has are remarkable.

Wonderful house, it has everything you need, the location is unbeatable. Patricia was helpful at all times. We went during the rainy season, but the heating in the place is excellent. I totally recommend it

We were completely in love with the place. The view is spectacular, especially at sunrise, a true gift for the soul. The house is located in an exclusive condominium, very quiet, with few neighbors and controlled access, which provides a lot of security and privacy. The house was impeccably equipped and very well insulated; despite the cold outside, inside we always felt warm and comfortable. Arturo, the host, was very accommodating. Although we coordinated everything remotely, he was always attentive and available. We had a small problem with the kitchen, and in just 15 minutes he arranged for someone to come and help us, a 7! We were able to go down to the lake for a walk, and the view was just wonderful. We went in search of rest, and we found it completely. In fact, we don't feel the need to leave the place. The cleanliness was also impeccable, all the spaces were perfectly tidy and clean. Definitely a place we hope to go back to.

Wonderful place, with a privileged view of the Volcano. We traveled with a group of friends, 12 people in total, and we felt very comfortable, just like at home. The place is just as described, even better. Everything is very tidy and clean. Communication with Vivi and her husband was always smooth, with clear and helpful instructions. They allowed us flexible check-in and check-out, which is always appreciated. The spectacular tinaja, very spacious. With a direct descent to the lake within the same condominium, wonderful. We would definitely do it again!

It was an amazing place to stay at. Right by the lake, where you can see the volcano when you go down. Theres heating in the place which is great for winter. Marian was very responsive when we had any questions and during check in. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come again!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos. We really liked the cozy atmosphere, well-equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and tidy. The location is great, we were able to see the main points of the city on foot. We were very pleased with our stay, we felt at home.

A very special place where you can tell that it was built and maintained with a lot of love. There's a lot to discover, so the stay was exciting and relaxing at the same time.

The accommodation is definitely a 10 out of 10! From the host to the environment and its amenities! Unbeatable value! I went with a temporary one and yet there are always a thousand things to do, either because it is very well located or because there is something to do in the building. Nothing to say, I'd come back every time I could! A luxury that brings a thousand in time!

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment is super comfortable and cozy. The view is privileged and you can go out for a walk since everything is close by. Isidora is an excellent host, caring, and gave us good tips. We would definitely go back.

We were delighted to return! The surroundings are beautiful, it has a huge park with access to the lake and a view of the volcano. You can tell they're dedicated, everything was impeccable. The cabin is very comfortable, everything worked perfectly. I can't help but highlight Hector's kindness from the beginning, he gave us a warm welcome and was always attentive to ensuring we had the best experience by providing us with assistance and recommendations. It is a place to rest and connect with nature, without a doubt! Highly recommended and we would choose it again without hesitation!

Excellent reception, stay, full service. Leonardo was waiting for us with the warm cabin (it was so cold outside), with breads, country eggs, queques, and everything to enjoy a rich breakfast. Excellent attention in every aspect. We will definitely come back in the future :)

It is a wonderful place, you feel in the middle of a park, good trails and surrounded by beautiful flowers and beautiful meadows. There is a staircase to get to the beach where there is a pier, transparent waters and close to the birth of the light river. Really sums up everything that may be weaker in the house. we will definitely be back in 2026!! The best detail was the flowers that adorned the house on our arrival.

Our experience in this house was incredible (4 women in 70 years) From the first moment Felipe was very attentive and quickly answered all our doubts. The house was spotless, well equipped and as seen in the photos, even better. The location is perfect, close to the beautiful Frutillar, Puerto Octay and Puerto Varas, these places have a lot to offer and to see, and the place itself is quiet and safe. One of the aspects we enjoyed the most was the tranquility that evokes the place with a beautiful view, a cozy terrace, a comfortable bed and the house is equipped with premium utensils. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a beautiful and joyful experience. We recommend it for any age
