A dream place to disconnect from the noise, traffic and stress, and spend a few days relaxing with a view of the lake, volcanoes and pastures with cows. Within a radius of about 2-3 km, there is a nice beach, and a village with the basics. Frutillar bajo is 10 minutes away, Llanquihue 15 minutes away, and Pto Varas 15-20 minutes away, all close and without traffic jams. Quiet house, with the best energy and sustainable: you can compost, recycle, and provide yourself with solar energy if the days allow it, as well as harvest from the garden and greenhouse.

On the ground floor, a beautiful living room with TV and DirecTV, a fully equipped kitchen. Through the side door you enter a garden surrounded by fruit trees, and if you come in summer the raspberries will be ready for you to harvest. Upstairs, two comfortable rooms prepared for a family or two couples. And a play room with TV and armchairs. Table and chairs on the deck and a nice grill for your inevitable barbecues. Please don't hesitate to ask about the rate if there are fewer than 5 people.

Cozy tiny / beautiful view

Nice, spacious and well-equipped house in a prime location in Frutillar. Beautiful views from the house and its garden (volcanoes and meadows). Very close to the lake, restaurants and the lake theater. Also close to supermarkets, pharmacies and downtown shops in general. Very well equipped for a comfortable stay. The house has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for up to two people. 21 species of native trees were planted on the plot, which you can walk through.
