We enjoyed our stay very much! I would note that if you get a ground floor unit the lighting comes through pretty brightly on the building we stayed in. Other than that it was lovely and staff was very attentive. Lots of space and can’t beat the location and amenities.

Awesome stay for a family looking to get away. Location is packed full of fun activities and plenty of food options in town.

Tawnya was quick to respond regarding reservation even though it was so last minute. Everything was as described. I would definitely stay again.

This place was great for our family. We got a unit close to the pool (which is heated, and has a kiddie pool next to it) and spent a lot of time with our daughter going back and forth. It's close enough to The Village that we were able to enjoy the lake, restaurants, and shopping without much of a drive. We will definitely be back!

Jesse was very quick to respond and everything was smooth. The place was so cozy and I'm so glad we decided to go with it! Check in was very easy and everyone was super friendly! No late checkouts though at the resort, even if you bribe them with cookies lol Would recommend!

My girlfriend and I had a great time at this property! Host was very communicative with last minute check in questions and the unit was well taken care of. We spent our time at Snow Valley Mountain Resort and found that the 30 minute drive was well worth the location and short commute to the Lake Arrowhead Village. Would definitely stay again.

The condo and location was amazing . The view was spectacular

The view of the lake was so pleasant and beautiful to see from the living room. The fire place was comforting. I love the balcony however I just thought they were too close to neighboring balconies and we could hear people arguing and smoking. Other than that is was a fantastic experience!

Loved the place - it was actually even nicer than what I was expecting based on the photos. Clean, good space, cozy. Didn’t end up using the jacuzzi but enjoyed the game room, as well as the pretty nearby lake. This is a unit within a managed condo / hotel type building, so the lobby is always staffed. This made it very easy to check in and out, ask questions, get the game room supplies, etc. Would definitely recommend and likely will try to stay again next year!

Had 2 concerns I brought up with the host the cabin was missing and they responded within 5 minutes and had what was needed to the door delivered within the hour, great hosts, would recommend and return!⭐️

This house was amazing and perfect for my big family which included 7 adults and 6 kids. Very few Airbnbs have king beds, let alone four bedrooms with them. The fifth room had three queen beds and was very spacious, the kids loved it. The game room is a converted garage, but it is like a second living room. It is connected to the first living room, which was awesome. The spa and backyard had amazing views and very private. I loved how the balcony was double fenced, which a lot of homes aren’t. So it is great for kids and small pets. They also had a newer pack n play, a fitted mattress for it, and kid plates and utensils. Perfect for families! A added bonus was the toilet seats could be heated if you wanted them. The location is ideal with being close to the Village, snow tubing, brewery, hiking, gold mining store, and much more! Communication with Molly was simple and easy. She was quick at responding to everything we needed. Will definitely be back!

Really nice and clean place, well taken care of for being so deep in nature. Overall a very beautiful location with lots to explore and restaurants/stores to visit. Very soothing to wake up in the early morning to go out and enjoy a cup of coffee from the local shops with nature all around smelling the crisp mountain air. Would recommend for an escape for the weekend. 5 out 5 for Kris’ place and the co-host Thalia was very helpful and nice. Thank you all for the stay.

It’s only the 2nd time in 3 yrs that I used Airbnb - so I had some issues w/locating and entering. Boris was unfailingly polite, responsive and patient with my questions. (Note: local authority directed me to a waste station charging $15 to take my garbage.) Altogether the place is clean and comfortable as well as convenient. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the hot tub and the array of entertainment options provided in the cabin. I highly recommend, THANK YOU Boris!

Super easy to check in and out and had a clear parking spot available at all times, very cozy place with beautiful lights and we loved the colour scheme/decor. (Also the comforter was to die for haha)

This home was extremely beautiful. This was my family’s and I first time in big bear and it will be a memorable one! This place was so huge and spacious! Also our host David was very responsive and kind! The home itself and the surroundings of nature was a beautiful and amazing getaway from our home back in the city. Plus all the amenities that the home had! Made it feel like I was back at Home! Will recommend this place to anyone! I had our friends asking what cabin this was from the social media posts that me and my family were posting. :)) I hope to be back again!

Beautiful Airbnb in a more secluded and private setting surrounded by nature. Everything was as expected and Angie was super responsive. We had one fridge issue (fishy smell) but it didn’t cause too much trouble and we had an absolute blast. Three families with kids aged 8-14 fit comfortably and the kids really enjoyed the game room!
