Condo vacation rentals in Rum Point

My husband and I enjoyed an amazing 10 days in West Bay. Staying in Sean's oceanfront was the highlight! The view from the full lenghth windows was spectacular: watching the ocean, gentle, rolling waves, and sunsets were both peaceful and breathtaking. The snorkeling at Lighthouse Bay, just steps from the penthouse was full of delights: comical squid, a rainbow of parrotfish, cowfish, angelfish and tangs! Many other fantastic snorkeling spots, such as Eden Rock, Macabuca and Cemetary beach were close by. The penthouse itself was, as other have said both tastefully decorated, pristine, and comfortable! The bedroom was a dream and the kitchen fully outfitted for cooking and dining! If we ever return to Grand Cayman, this penthouse is where we would stay! As others have commented this condo's description and photos were totally accurate, not fully capturing its magic!

Great location. Nice pool and swimming cove. Snorkel in the cove - lots to see! Kyle was super responsive with questions and resolving any issues. Easy drive to many points of interest. Great having a washer and dryer. If you're using Google maps, use "Sunset Cove South Side Parking Lot" to navigate to the closest parking to the unit (it's behind the old Margaritaville). I'm interested to see how the pending Hyatt development at that site will effect the condos. Would stay here again when returning to Grand Cayman. Thanks again!

I had a fantastic stay at Maggie's place. The unit was exactly as described- airy, beautifully furnished, very clean and incredibly comfortable. The location could not have been better- just steps from the beautiful beach and great local restaurants. Maggie was wonderful, thoughtful and attentive, checking in to make sure everything was perfect. She went the extra mile with small touches that made the stay extra special. I highly recommend it and would only want to stay here the next time I'm in Grand Cayman. Thank you again Maggie for a wonderful experience!

This condo is spacious and beautiful. A quick walk to the beach with a beautiful view. We didn’t see as much snorkeling but that’s ok. The home decor is so cute! The only thing I’ve had in every other Airbnb is hand soap to wash your hands after going to the bathroom. This place has none. Just an FYI. Everything else was perfect.

The place was amazing. It is really close to the beach and pool/bar area. We brought our 3 kids and our baby. They had so much stuff for the kids from toys, games, and everything you would need for the beach. They had great recommendations for grocery shopping, restaurants, and activities. The place was extremely clean. Verity is a great communicator and was very responsive with our travel hiccups. They have thought of everything. We got a car, but it’s not needed with all the amenities, restaurants, and shopping at your fingertips. Finally, our biggest concern was how busy the beach would be while we were there. We had no issues getting chairs and umbrellas and felt like we had a beautiful, private beach at times. I 100% recommend this place!

Our family of 5 adults had an amazing experience at Heidi’s condo. The condo is incredibly clean, well maintained, and inviting. The location and views are magical with breathtaking sunsets…and even a rainbow over the cove one morning! The beach is clean and uncrowded, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The cove is perfect for newbie snorkelers to explore- filled with beautiful fish and sea animals. The pool and swim up bar is a lot of fun. We had a slight snafu with the Wi-Fi, but Heidi was super quick to respond, sent someone onsite to troubleshoot, and we had internet access in no time. If I could give Heidi, this condo, and location more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

This was one of the best Air BnBs we've stayed at. It all started with Louis and the perso al care he provided as a host. Communicated very proactively, reached out to check on us and responded immediately with any questions we had. He provided an online guidebook on everything from Arrival info, local restaurants, beach suggestions, etc. We've never had a better host. The place was immaculate and looked like the photos online. He provided us beach chairs, paddleboards, beach towels, and even brought extra blankets for us to watch movies on the couch. The patio was where we started each morning with a cup of coffee in a comfortable couch looking out onto the ocean. The grounds and gardens in the courtyard looked like an all-inclusive resort. The snorkeling was amazing right off the property where we saw an incredible variety of fish. Finished each day with time at the pool. First time in the Caymans - We are definitely returning to this property again next year

Great place and my family really enjoyed the stay. Snorkeling off the back is only recommended for the experienced and you definitely have to wait for a calm day with how wind to do it safely. Luckily lots of great beaches minutes down the road by car. Great location, easy access to the Turtle center and the docks for Stingray city tours. Great grocery store 3 minutes away. Pool was great and the kids used it every night. Loved it and would return!

We stayed at Sean's place for a nearby wedding down the street. The moment you walk into the condo you can see that they really care about their guests. It was EXTREMELY clean and relaxing with music playing in the background. The water pressure was excellent which is random but important! The condo is situated right over the pool with a great view of the ocean. We loved cooking breakfast in the morning then sitting by the pool, dock or beach. It is very relaxing and super quiet. If you are looking for more action I recommend staying near 7 mile beach but if you want to unplug def stay here. Rum point beach is about a mile a way and next door is Kaibo restaraunt and bar that has very good food n drinks along with Starfish point that has a pontoon food truck! We def are thinking of coming back already!

This place is great! It is in a quiet area next to the golf course and marina. A quick drive to Seven Mile Beach and Georgetown. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Pool was nice and good on-site restaurant. Host was very responsive but thankfully we didn’t need to reach out during our stay because everything was perfect! I’d definitely stay again.

My family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this lovely home. Being right on the beach with stunning views of the water was a great way to experience the island. We loved the quiet setting of this part of the island but still felt we had close access to great restaurants and places to swim and snorkel. The hosts provide everything needed for an enjoyable stay and checked in throughout our stay to make sure all was well. Highly recommend.

The condo is perfect for a couple. The location is convenient—very close to groceries, restaurants, and a great public beach (Governor's Beach). A great value as well. Everything was clean and in working order. Martina was a great host, and communication with the property manager Ruth was fast and pleasant. While we didn't use the condo's pool or tennis courts, it was nice to have those options as well! We had a great time in Grand Cayman and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this condo!

Reno and Agata were super supportive of our requests. Great location and very comfortable. The AC was refreshing after a day in the heat. They had all amenities to make a stay comfortable. The beach is steps from the place along with shopping stores and restaurants. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you.

I've stayed in Island Pines prior, so there were no surprises for us there. The complex is lovely in that it's a quiet haven when the beach is busy with the cruise ship visitors early in the day. The pool is clean and warm and generally very quiet. The beach is exceptional. The location can't be beat...right next to Royal Palms and Coral Beach Club and you can easily walk to most any restaurant and the grocery store. The added crosswalk in front of the complex was a huge bonus this year. The unit is clean, the kitchen well-appointed. There are some beach toys, towels and snorkel gear. You can use Royal Palm's chairs for free if you let them know you're staying at Island Pines. I prefer to move a bit down the beach when it's busy, so I do wish there were beach chairs and cooler provided in the unit (you can rent and have them delivered, so it worked out). Overall, it was a great experience and I would stay here again.

Very Beautiful and clean, felt like home, checking process was very easy. great communication from beginning to end. also having that rental car was great, give us more freedom to move around. ease of picking up the car at the airport and short drive to where we was stay and drop off at the airport when we was leaving. the pool, the view of the ocean especially in the morning was amazing for me.

Nice place Craig was very helpful and always answered my questions also gave us some good advice loved the view it was a plus we had parking.

The location was perfect for what we wanted. Peaceful. Ground level. Right on the beach. Pool close by. Restaurant within walking distance. Just beautiful! The condo was just as described and as the photos showed. The guest bathroom had a minor problem and customer service had a repair man there shortly to fix it. Very responsive. I would recommend this unit and location to friends and family.

We had such a wonderful experience staying at Stephanie's place. She is an excellent host. Her beautiful condo is very comfortable and includes everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The location of the condo is also very convenient. There was so much to see and to do in the area. The Bioluminescence Bay and Starfish Point are a must and are almost in your backyard. We loved staying at the beach, which felt like a private beach most of the time. Thanks, Stephanie. We would love to come back and stay at your beautiful place again.

It was a very pleasant and peaceful stay. The ocean views and sounds from the veranda were like magic. The unit was as described and the host could not have been more helpful while at the same time leaving us to ourselves.

We just finished celebrating our anniversary with our children and their spouses. This was the perfect location! The condo was space, clean, well appointed with all that we needed to cook meals in when desired. The w/d was a big help. The views were amazing. We spent so much time on the screened veranda in the mornings. The area was delightful for swimming, snorkeling, and close by to the resort with a restaurant and bar. We couldn’t have asked for a better condo and more helpful host! He even accommodated checking in early that fit well with our flight arrival time. Thank you!

This place was great! Soooo close to the beach, literally you go downstairs and take just a few steps. Pool was nice, too. Cabana Bay was easy walking distance along a nice footpath. Gabrielle was super friendly and helpful with any questions I had. To accommodate my flight times, I was able to check in early and check out late as well. Would highly recommend to stay here. I love the roosters and hens, too! I hope they always get to stay. They aren't a bother and no one should consider them as such. Although they can't be fed there, that is still their home. ❤️ 🐓

Highly recommend! We stayed in Ariel's condo for spring break and it was perfect for our family! Our three teenagers loved the pool and being able to snorkel right outside our door. We walked to many great restaurants or take a quick taxi/bus too! All of the guests in the complex were super nice and respectful. Hope to be back again soon!

We loved our stay at Victoria's condo! The condo was close to the Kaibo YC restaurant and dock- made for easy excursions. While the bay was not swimmable, it was perfect for kayaking and viewing the many starfish in the shallow water-bonus was the pool for the kids. The condo was in amazing condition and had all the amenities one could need for a great stay. Victoria was responsive before, during and after our stay. We loved staying on the "chill side" of the island and would definitely stay at Victoria's again if we make it back to GC.

The booking process and the description of how to get to the location and overall communication was fantastic. We were there for the Cayman Island Pirate Week festivities. The kitchen/living room and bedroom were as represented with a very large screened in lanai. From our door, the beach was probably about a one minute walk . We felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Such a wonderful location with an upscale restaurant next door and a wonderful choice of food and everything was so delicious and a bar for those that would enjoy going to a bar right on the beach . Half a minute walk along the beach to get there. You are right on Rum Point. What a fantastic experience… A very short ride in the car to starfish Point and another amazing restaurant and beach called Kaibo. With this exclusive experience, you do need to rent a car that gives you the whole Island experience and as well worth the travel. This is totally legit. Great time.
