Placed on the ‘Route des grand Crues‘ of the Côte D’Or, Saint Romain is perfect for wine-lovers! The house has three bedrooms, a big sunny kitchen opening onto the garden. There is a living room on the top floor and two bathrooms. Day trips to nearby cultural sights can be combined with culinary tours or wine-tasting events

Located among the vineyards, you will appreciate its calm, authenticity, pool, gardens and magnificent views. The safety of our facilities does not allow us to accept children under the age of 12 on the property.

Le Clandelys is an 80m2 outbuilding located on our main residence classified as an exceptional house in the municipality of Fontaines. The cottage was renovated in 2020 with a mix of old and contemporary style, you will enjoy its wooded park of 4000 square meters including a pond. The cottage is classified 4*.
