Old silk factory very nicely renovated into a large gîte (500 m²) that can accommodate up to 16 people (in times of pandemic but is equipped for more than 20) in the southern Cévennes. At the bottom of the valley flows a stream on the edge of which llamas and sheep graze quietly. This small river hosts several waterfalls and swimming pools. Old restored wine cellar attached to a Cévenol farmhouse overlooking the Salendrinque valley. One bedroom upstairs overlooking a green roof, on the ground floor, a large kitchen opening on one level to a small terrace, a living room, a shower room + toilet. Quiet environment to be respected. Located between St Hippolyte du Fort and Lasalle, this old Cevenol house has been completely renovated with taste and comfort. It is located in a very quiet area on 3 hectares of forest, with a pleasant terrace to the south where you can have your meals, nap, drink an aperitif while making your barbecue in the summer kitchen. We recently had a natural swimming pool installed, located at the bottom of the house.
