Fully equipped independent studio (from our house) located between sea and mountain at the gates of the Cévennes park in a charming village with all amenities: shops, local market, bank, pharmacy, supermarket... 50 km from Nîmes and Montpellier, 30 km from Alès and close to other cultural and natural sites, Anduze, St Guilhem le désert, the gorges of the Hérault (canoeing) 1 hour from the Camargue, the beaches of La Grande Motte, Palavas les Flots, Le Grau du Roi.

Large Cévennes cottage: llamas, sheep and their river

Old silk factory very nicely renovated into a large gîte (500 m²) that can accommodate up to 16 people (in times of pandemic but is equipped for more than 20) in the southern Cévennes. At the bottom of the valley flows a stream on the edge of which llamas and sheep graze quietly. This small river hosts several waterfalls and swimming pools. Independent apartment in the center of Sauve

The old house where the independent apartment of about 70 m2 is located is on the ground floor, in the center of the pretty town of Sauve, close to the main squares of the village, restaurants and shops. The streets are pedestrianized and also lead to nearby hiking trails. The apartment offers a comfortably furnished main room, with an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a toilet and a spacious and bright bedroom.

It is located in a very quiet area on 3 hectares of forest, with a pleasant terrace to the south where you can have your meals, nap, drink an aperitif while making your barbecue in the summer kitchen. We recently had a natural swimming pool installed, located at the bottom of the house.
