This house is located in a quiet environment, outside the city but close to it. The panoramic view will allow you to relax and forget about the hectic city life and the noise and stress that cities bring. The house is located on a plot of 1500 m2, and it is 100 m away from the nearest neighbor, which allows you full privacy. In front of the house, next to a private, heated, panoramic pool, available from mid-April to the end of October, there are spacious, landscaped, open and covered terraces. Parking is free.

There are also two bedrooms, one of them has its own bathroom, while the other bathroom is located in the hallway of the apartment.
