Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

In Kröslin, the boat 4 Sterne Dtv Floating House offers an excellent view of the lake. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. A baby cot is also available. This boat features private terraces (open and covered) for evening relaxation. The property is located close to the beach and public transport links are within walking distance.

Bungalow surrounded by a large garden in a very quiet location and 10 minutes by car to the beach (e.g. Lubmin) and to Greifswald. The bungalow consists of a living and sleeping room with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom as well as a large terrace. The large garden has space for the little ones to play and the adults to rest. It is possible to take art classes for a fee during the stay. A studio is located on the premises.

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

Renovated, historic fisherman's house in Freest, 5 minutes to the beach The former fisherman's house is located right by the marina of Freest. It has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is very lovingly and tastefully, nostalgically renovated and individually furnished. We rent 2 adjacent fishing houses (see 2 listings). You use a common courtyard and garden on a fenced area of about 2000 m².

The 60 m² large and high-quality furnished apartment with a 900 m² garden is located in the idyllic village of Ziemitz directly on the Peenestrom / Achterwasser. The apartment consists of a living room with integrated kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower. Enjoy the view of the Peenestrom, just 100 m away, directly from the terrace.

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
