In our apartment, you will use your own shower room and kitchenette. You have two sleeping options: a sofa bed (width: 100 cm) and a bed (width: 90 cm). We, the hosts, live in the same house and are available for any questions you may have.

Our 60 sqm flat is located in a residential area of Lechtingen at the foot of the Piesberg and only 15 minutes by car from Osnabrück city centre. The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a mid-terrace house and was completely renovated in 2021. It has its own bathroom, kitchen, balcony, WiFi, Netflix and Disney+. It is perfect for holidays or business stays and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The beautiful Rubbenbruchsee recreational area and the Heger/Natruper Holz forest areas are just a 5-minute walk away. The cozy, light-flooded apartment is separate and self-sufficient in the attic (3rd floor) and can be reached via a common house entrance (first floor).

We love how well-equipped the room is. Lee and Barry clearly thought of everything, with snacks and cutlery provided. It's perfect for a short stay! Bailey is a bonus if you love dogs. Some points to note: 1. It's a ~20min drive to Osnabruck. We find it best to come with your own transportation. 2. The room is small. If you have big luggage, it'll feel cramped. 3. The shared bathroom (super clean) is 1 floor down in the basement. 4. The room is cosy and clean. As this is a house with a dog, there's dog fur on the bedlinens, which can't really be helped. All these are no problem for us, we'll gladly stay again.

A very nice apartment with really great amenities. Check-in & communication went absolutely smoothly, the gym + hot tub are a real highlight. Also, the apartment was really very clean and equipped with everything important. I will certainly come back, thank you for the lovely stay!

We stayed just for a night because we were in transit. The host gave us details to make sure everything is smooth. The place is in a nice and quiet area, close to highway and there are a lot of restaurants close by.

Pure minimalism in the middle of nature. Sheep graze next door and you look out into the countryside. Slept wonderfully and the family was very nice and communicative. Absolutely suitable for winding down 👍👍👍
