Our cosy newly converted campervan is a Peugeot Boxer L2H2 , 2011 , 2.2 with manual transmission, suitable for 3 travels. It is equipped with a double bed (187cm/125cm updated March 2025) and an extra pull out bed ( that turns into a dining area), clothes cabinets, fully equipped kitchen, 12V refrigerator, gas stove, indoor shower, portable toilet, fresh and gray water deposit. It is powered by a 330wp solar panel with 1kw 12/24w inverter . There is also a 12V roof-vent and a diesel heater.

The house is old but reconstructed in the years 2002-2008. It has architectural value since it has been preserved without damage because reconstruction interventions are done with care. The house is undependable and has two rooms on the ground floor one of which has and wood-fired chimney and a small bathroom.The distance from the towns of Shkodra and Lezha is about 23 km. In the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom that offers all the services.
