Julie was very friendly and welcoming and clearly takes pride in her lovely holiday home. The views towards Conwy and the sea behind are Beautiful, very quiet and private, birds /wildlife everywhere and fantastic walking from the door. Very clean and well decorated with good facilities, felt a really relaxing spot inside and out. spacious for two people,if up early the sun rising over the sea and hills very special. fantastic but reasonably strenuous walk across the hill tops to Conwy, nice town and great castle,good fish and chips and pubs,couple of mile or so walk back up the lanes,put your feet up with a tea or beer at the table outside and marvel in the surroundings. road is one track near the farm but very few cars to encounter. we only had a short stay but will definitely return for longer,loads of walking opportunities and wouldn't be much of a drive into snowdonia, or beaches of the Llyn peninsular ,Llandudno a nice town too with good amenities. loved it, thanks Jon +Clare

Lovely place . Peaceful and not too far from Conway in the car.

A fantastic house, spotlessly clean and very high quality furnishings and equipment. 10 fantastic circular walks with very detailed instructions. A great friendly pub next door that serves nice pub grub, they are mindful of their neighbours and it doesn't spoil the tranquility of the area. We will definitely be booking again!!

Stayed at the cottage for two nights. Absolutely lovely location and Maxwell was a fantastic host. Great communication with any questions I had. The cottage makes you feel right at ease as soon as you walk through the door. Really liked how it was furnished too Thanks again !
