Situated upon the hills of Mavromati, the newly built villa has a stunning view over the sea, beaches and the beautiful landscape of south Zakynthos. The area is surrounded by charming olive groves and within 10 minutes walk to beaches, restaurants, bars, shops and markets. By car, Airport and Zakynthos town is only 15 minutes away. Villa Polyxeni is a high standard modern villa, with a unique concept of a courtyard with a 20 meter swimming pool and large jacuzzi, lining the kitchen, dining and living areas. A shallow part of the swimming pool includes queen size sun beds facing the sea and creates a perfect place for children to play. The surrounding green trees and plants in the garden enfolds the area making the feeling of a protected, luxurious and relaxing oasis, perfect for just chilling. As a self-catering villa, everything is included that is needed for a perfect stay. Wifi, SmartTV in all bedrooms plus living room, cooling and heating system, all bathrooms equipped with electrical floor heating during colder times of the year, fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer and coffee machine are included. BBQ area is just outside the kitchen. Outdoor shower is situated next to the swimming pool. The villa of 350 square meters includes 5 spacious bedrooms with queens beds and ensuite bathrooms. Children's cot and extra beds can be added on request. Shaded double parking next to the villa. All linen and towels for both shower and swimming pool are included and changed every 3rd day of stay. VIP Transfer included from and to airport on arrival and departure date. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Pets are not allowed. - No smoking indoors. - On request for special Parties and Events - An extra security deposit of 300 euros per person for ages between 18 to 25 years old. This amount will be returned at the check-out if no damage or loss has occurred at the property.

Το studio μας, 45τ.μ. που βρίσκεται στον 2ο όροφο, αποτελείται από έναν ενιαίο χώρο και μια όμορφη μεγάλη βεράντα... Είναι ένα κομψό και καλαίσθητο διαμέρισμα, φτιαγμένο με πολύ μεράκι και χαρά για να ικανοποιήσει τις ανάγκες των επισκεπτών μας στο κέντρο της πόλης. Απέχει μόλις 300μ. από την κεντρική πλατεία-αγορά. Κοντά στο διαμέρισμα υπάρχουν σουπερμάρκετ, φαρμακεία, καφετέριες και ότι άλλο χρειάζεστε. Fotis est un hôte discret mais très prévenant , il nous a gâté de delicieuses tomates du jardin, figues, fruits de cactus 🌵 etc... Nous étions comme chez nous dans le superbe logement de Fotis, très confortable, propre, avec un jardin et une piscine magnifique ! Ήταν η δεύτερη επίσκεψή μου. Μου αρέσει το σπίτι επειδή είναι καθαρό, μεγάλο και δροσερό. Για την δροσιά φροντίζουν άψογα οι ανεμιστήρες οροφής που είναι στα υπνοδωμάτια. Το κλιματιστικό κάνει τη δουλειά του σε ολόκληρο το ισόγειο. Για την καθαριότητα φροντίζει η εξαιρετική κυρία Γωγώ. Ο κήπος πολύ φροντισμένος και μεγάλος.

το σπιτι ειναι οπως στις φωτογραφιες, πεντακαθαρο και ανετο. εχει και πικαπ που λειτουργει ;) Ειναι πολυ λειτουργικο που τα υπνδωματια βρισκονται στον πανω οροφο. μπορεις να κατσεις σε διαφορετικες βεραντες αναλογως τον αερα και τον ηλιο. εχει μια θαλασσα πολυ κοντα με τα ποδια ,για οτι αλλο θες χρειαζεσαι αμαξι . Η Ευγενια και ο Πανος ανταποκρινοντουσαν σε καθε απορια ή ενημερωση που χρειαζομασταν.Φιλικοι και ευγενικοι.Επισης λογω βροχης μειναμε παραπανω απο την ωρα αναχωρησης . Δυστυχως τις μερες που μειναμε εμεις ,χτιζεται διπλα μια κατοικια και ετσι ειχε απο νωρις το πρωι φασαρια (με ωτοασπιδες λυνεται).Κατα τ αλλα ειναι πολυ πολυ ησυχο το σημειο.

Das Haus gleicht einem etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Strandhaus. Möbel und Räumlichkeiten sehen bunt zusammen gewürfelt aus, was einen eigenen Charme hat. Alles war sauber, nur die Couch ist wirklich sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Terrasse ist eun absoluter Traum. Dort zu sitzen und die Aussicht zu genießen ist alles Geld wert!! Alle Räume haben eine Klimaanlage. Wir haben auch Wäsche gewaschen...war kein Problem. Das Meer dort gleicht zum Baden eher einem See. Es gibt kaum Wellengang und der Boden ist sehr morast-ig. Insgesamt würden wir jederzeit wieder gerne kommen.

Salty Noses Beach House Paradise

Het huis van Maria is ons super goed bevallen. Het huis ligt echt direkt aan zee, de achtertuin grenst aan het strand. Het strand is een zandstrand, dus geen pijn aan de voeten door keien of grint. We hebben heerlijk in zee gezwommen. Het huis is zeer compleet. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Ook voor een gezin met kinderen is het heel erg geschikt. In het huis zijn verschillende terrassen, zowel aan de voor- als achterkant. Het prachtige Olympia is makkelijk te bereiken. Ook is er een heel leuk havendorpje in de buurt. We hebben Maria zelf niet life gesproken maar per app reageert ze gelijk. De moeder van Maria woont dichtbij het huis en is een ontzettend aardige en vrolijke vrouw en helpt je indien nodig. Hoewel het huis onmiddellijk aan zee ligt heb je toch heel veel privacy. We raden dit huis zeker aan als je in dit deel van de Pelopponesos een verblijf zoekt.
