Hidden away in historic Pilton, Heavitree Cottage is a peaceful, character-filled retreat with a truly private garden alive with birdsong, a short walk from Barnstaple’s cafés, shops and the SW coast Path 10 minutes walk to the NDDH and on the right side of town for quick access of Sandy beaches and walks on Exmoor Garage for e bikes. We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.
