The house and location were beautiful!! We were there when the freeze hit and the host was promptly making sure everything was taken care of and we had what we needed!

Gillian’s house was the perfect place for our group of 15. We had enough room for everyone and more. The surrounding areas were so beautiful and peaceful. The stars are visible and we enjoyed the nature around the house. Will definitely be coming back!

This place was so cozy the backyard was super cute and cozy we were there long but the place really was nice if we are very in need in the area we will be back. So clean had everything and more that you needed lots of space. Easy to get in easy instructions and Kristi was the sweetest! Thank you!

We needed an overnight place to stay with our family and friends for the MS 150 cycling event and this home was perfectly located for our needs. Its located right on 290, but despite the noise outside it was not noisy inside and did not disturb our sleep. The attention to detail in their decor was so charming, every room was a fun little surprise to walk through. We really appreciate the antiquity of the home with the modern clean bathrooms and the updated kitchen appliances. It was a great mix of old and new. It had everything we needed with the exception of internet, so it was difficult to run our apple TV and pick up the Astros game.

This was the perfect place for our family. It was spotless. It was country living but close to everything. We will definitely be back.

Great place! Felt safe and secure in the lovely location. The house had everything we needed and it seemed roomy and comfortable for 6 adults.

We stayed at the Ramona House for our son’s wedding and it was great! Plenty of room for everyone staying and the house has wonderful charm. Smithville is a precious town with good restaurants in walking distance of the house. Watch out for that Smithville volunteer fire department siren though! It will wake you up 😂. Brooke and Grayson were very responsive and accommodating.

This stay was AMAZING!!! The views were gorgeous. The house and amenities were beautiful and well taken care of. My family and I had the best weekend! 10/10 ⭐️

The place was amazing! Well maintained and fully functional. Nice, clean and peaceful place. The owners are very thoughtful and knowledgeable about country living. Therefore, the maintenance and extermination was well thought out. For City folks, please know that you are in the country. You will see bugs, insects, etc. However, the owners will make sure that they provide ANY and EVERYTHING you need to adjust 😊

Absolutely Amazing!! First of all, I'd like to Thank Dey & Raul for being so sweet! It was my 50th birthday and when we arrived, they had gotten me flowers, cookies, a balloon and a welcoming sign. It really made me feel special and I felt right at home. It was funny because they literally said; you only need your food and clothes. Well guess what...that was literally all we needed! This was one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed at. It was fully stocked with supplies inside and out. Being completely fenced, it was nice for my 2 big dogs that came with us. It was hard to decide where we were going to cook because we had so many options, LOL. We grilled on the BBQ pit the first night and jammed out with the blue tooth speakers!! Caught the Astros game and then got up the next morning to head to the Lake. The park access to the Lake was about 10 minutes away, very close!! When we got back, we used flat grill (OUR FAVORITE)!! We will be back, thank you so much!!

The house was perfect. We were there for the weekend for an event at Blinn College. There was more than enough room to accommodate all of us comfortably. 5 to 10 minutes to everything. We asked for recommendations for food options and they did not disappoint. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and the atmosphere around was so peaceful. We will definitely book again next time we are in town!

We had a family reunion at Ben’s modern ranch, which was a lovely and peaceful place. The pictures matched the description. We enjoyed the pool, petting zoo, and deck area. Overall, I highly recommend it for a family gathering. The only interruption we faced was from a neighborhood dog that kept coming back. He was friendly, but our small dogs didn’t appreciate his presence as much. Some time during the day, he managed to take a few of our shoes. Aside from that, we had an amazing time! We visited the Shiner Brewery afterwards (20 mins away!).

David’s place sits in an idyllic location that’s peaceful & private. The home is immaculately built with impeccable design features. The beds are super comfy and the main living space is ideal for relaxing with family. Lots to explore on the property with the 4x4. We also thoroughly enjoyed our pup greeters - Gracie & Maxwell. David was very responsive when it came to our Q’s or an issue we had during our stay. Highly recommend his home. We’ll be back next year for our antiquing adventures!

Our family had a great time all weekend. The house was fabulous and exceeded our expectations. The bunkhouse worked well for the part of our family with small children. The chef was great and cooked a spectacular meal. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the game room. We will definitely book this place again for our next family get together. Some areas for improvement 1) an umbrella for the sun shelf at the pool 2) breathable lounge chairs for laying by the pool 3) small table top smore maker for the patio

This house was truly a hidden gem-tucked away off the beaten path, which made it incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The interior of the house was absolutely gorgeous with thoughtful touches that made it feel both cozy and luxurious. The real highlight was the outdoor space downstairs. It felt like our own private oasis! The swings added such a relaxing vibe and the natural breeze flowing through kept us perfectly cool while we lounged. The pool was a little too cold for me but my family enjoyed that as well. They thought the temperature of the pool was perfect. It was the perfect spot to unwind, read and just enjoy the quiet. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your house!

Impossible not to love this one of kind home! It’s been restored beautifully with every detail considered. The pool was wonderful, kitchen and bathrooms well supplied and everyone in our party absolutely loved staying here. planning a return! :)

We had the absolute best time. This home is beautiful and looks just like the photos. The pond on the property was a great plus for a little fishing. We hope to stay here again!

This home outside of Brenham is absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful surroundings in an updated farmhouse. If you’re looking for a getaway in the country that can accommodate your entire large family, look no further!

Our three families loved our weekend retreat here. The pool is absolutely beautiful with lots of seating options around it. We also enjoyed the huge garage/playroom area in the heat of the day to escape the sun. Plenty of sleeping options for our crew too. We had a couple of minor issues and the hosts responded quickly. Highly recommended for a nice countryside escape!

The Farm House is a charming home. It is exactly as described and well-equipped with everything you need for your stay. Matt was super responsive throughout our stay.
