The small house

Completed in December 2025, this single-story home has been completely renovated to accommodate you in optimal conditions. It is a peaceful place, in the countryside, in the middle of the black mountains. Not overlooked in order to keep this side relaxing: just two houses in the village including this one. Located in the center of Brittany, it's the perfect place to discover both the sea and the land. The village is located 2 km away with all the local shops, and the greenway is 2 km away.

Situated in the heart of rural Brittany, 1km from the Brest /Nantes canal, it's perfect for couples, and walking, cycling and wildlife enthusiasts. Local villages, towns and amenities are within easy reach including Carhaix Plouguer, hosting the annual, renowned “Vieilles Charrues” music festival. Stunning beaches and historic cities are also within easy reach.

La Petite Maison

Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

Pond-side cottage in unspoiled nature

Isolated 4-season chalet for 2 people and 1 child by a pond, in a large forest garden. Dragonflies, kingfishers… and hopefully otters and deer. Wake up, take a dip... or grab the oars! The chalet has a kitchenette, sofa, table, 2 single beds + 1 child mattress. The dry toilets are outside. A Finnish sauna welcomes you in the cold season (€20). Far from any noise and light pollution, dare to return to nature!
