The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

Mr. Hans is truly a gentleman, welcoming, warm hearted. The house is Marvellous in all the aspects. You will find out each and every thing as mentioned in a description. I’d really recommend his house for single /couples, it quiet and the same time it’s private and you felt like your own home. Whenever i’ll have a project again in this premises i’d love to come back to his apartment again.

We had a wonderful stay with our kids! The place was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. It had all we needed and was very comfortable for a family stay. The area is peaceful and quiet, with a beautiful lake nearby, a park, horses and a playground – perfect for children. Supermarket and restaurant are within walking distance, which was very convenient. The host was incredibly friendl, explaining everything in detail to make sure we had a comfortable stay. There’s even a fire pit area, and you can buy firewood directly from the host – such a nice touch! We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

The long weekend at Sina's multi-generational farm was just perfect for traveling with a small child. Many play opportunities right outside the front door in the courtyard but also in the immediate vicinity. Communication was super relaxed and reliable. Leipzig and a large swimming lake are right around the corner and easy to reach by car. Always happy to come back.

The stay at Sylvi and Mathias' was perfect in every way. We felt super comfortable even before entering the apartment, because the contact with Sylvi was extremely attentive and friendly. She was proactive and we noticed that it was important to her that we felt comfortable in the apartment. When we entered the apartment, we were overjoyed. The atmosphere was cozy and secure. Everything was immaculately clean and well maintained. We particularly liked that the apartment also met the needs of small children. There was all the necessary equipment, even a bed rail. The toy was numerous and also kept accessible for toddlers. As a welcome, we received something sweet and even water as well as beer and sparkling wine. There was a delicious puree for our child. The location is great too. Whether for business or pleasure, it is a great place to start. We would come back any time and are very excited to have booked the apartment!!

We had a wonderful weekend in Leipzig at Nils-Julius. The apartment was absolutely great – very clean, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you need. There was really nothing to fault. The contact with Nils-Julius was super friendly and straightforward, from check-in to departure everything worked smoothly. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime.
