The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.30 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €2,15 each a night.

A very cozy room. 3 minutes walk to the center of Valkenburg. Here you will be flooded with cozy restaurants with heated terraces. There is something for everyone. There is also really much to do nearby. Castle ruins are recommended. Maastricht is a nice shopping city. The underground bike ride through the Mergel quarry was really nice to do. Those stairs are doable 😉

Beautiful upstairs apartment in a quiet neighborhood of a village. You can be in Maastricht in fifteen minutes. Excellent bathroom and a lovely bed. The bedroom has excellent air conditioning and a nice Velux window. There is also a spacious living room with a kitchen. For my vacation plans I did not need the kitchen but it was at least very neat and sparkling clean. Nico and Mai are nothing but excellent hosts with their kindness and helpfulness.

A wooden staircase ascends against a bright white wall, complemented by a modern chandelier with multiple bulbs above. At the top, glimpses of a glass door reveal the adjacent living space, while natural light enhances the open and airy atmosphere.

Very nice bedroom and private bathroom as described in the listing. the bed was comfortable and location was convenient. nice safe neighborhood. The host was pleasant and responsive and gave some recommendations of things to do. Recommend!

The accommodation was well cared for, clean and tidy. In addition, Annie was flexible with the check-in time (she waited for us to meet us in person, show us the studio and give us the keys) despite having arrived a few minutes later than agreed. He was kind enough to give us recommendations, a bottle of wine, coffee, etc. It's a shame we couldn't spend more days in this unique accommodation.

Beautiful house, great location, charming hosts. Everything we needed was available in the house and a bottle of local apple juice to greet us was a lovely gesture.
