The house is located by itself on the beach, and here is idyllic, peace and quiet. The cottage is located in the middle of nature, and you will wake up to the sound of waves and wildlife close by. The house is in itself simply furnished, but meets all everyday needs. My place is good for couples and suitable for nature and cultural tourists.

There is room for four people with 2 bedrooms and the possibility of bedding for + 2 in the kitchen/living room. A room with a 160 bed and a room with bunk beds. There is a heat pump, new wood-burning stove, electric heating, cromecast, dishwasher and washing machine in the utility room. The house is located in a cozy green summerhouse area with 10 minutes walk to the Limfjord.

The whole plot is surrounded by trees and with a lawn, so you can sit outside completely undisturbed. The house is 150 m2 and has 2 bedrooms with double beds, the 1st bedroom has a three-quarter bed and two beds along the wall. Nice bathroom with shower and a washing machine. New kitchen combined with a nice living room and with access to dining area.

The beach and water invite you to water sports, indoors there is table football and darts. Within 5 min walk there is a water park, supermarket, Restaurant Limfjorden Hus, Oyster bar, pizzeria, barbecue, diner, ice cream house and the marina. Within 10 min drive are campsite, Pinen Hus, Jesperhus Flower Park and Nykøbing city.

There is also a large living room with the possibility of "cinema" cosiness with a large screen, a game of foosball or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is located on the ground floor. There's a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.

Huset ligger i naturomgivelser tæt på stranden. Der er en sti for enden af haven, som går til stranden (2 min). I Glyngøre by (7 km) finder du indkøb og restauranter.
