Newly built apartment from 2024 on the top floor with great light. Central location close to station, shopping, highway and green areas. Ideal base for sightseeing in Roskilde and Copenhagen. The apartment, which has underfloor heating throughout, consists of entrance hall, large kitchen/living room in direct connection with the living room. A bedroom with a double bed, and a room with a sofa bed that can be folded out to a double bed. A beautiful west-facing balcony, where the summer's sunny days and the most amazing sunsets can be enjoyed.

Modern residential buildings are reflected in a calm pond surrounded by lush greenery. Walkways and open spaces are visible, enhancing the serene environment. Vibrant autumn foliage complements the scenic view, creating a harmonious blend of nature and architecture.

Cottage close to beach and city

Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. Modern terracedhouse close to ocean and Copenhagen

The house has a open dining/living room with a 65’ TV. Direct access to the garden. A toddler bedroom with a crib which is open in the side, and a bedroom with a master-bed of 200x200. A nice bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen with all you need. The garden is with a closed hedge. It has a lounge area and dining area where the grill is also located. The garden has a lot of colourful flowers, a nice lawn and trees which are lit up at night. Outside our house there is a playground for children.
