There is fast internet and many streaming services. There's a TV in the living room and two bedrooms. The house is within walking distance of several lovely bathing lakes with sandy beaches, and only a 10-minute drive to the forest and beach with salt water. Copenhagen is an hour away by public transport (runs frequently) and 30 minutes by car.

There is a shared building with an outdoor heated pool, fitness center, and sauna. Three great rooms with double beds and a lovely living room. Free parking right in front of the house. Close to Solrød City and a direct S-train line to Copenhagen in 30 minutes. Solrød offers a great city life, with excellent restaurants, Lagkagehuset, and Paradise Ice Cream.

Experience the beautiful nature surrounding Lynghøjgård, the farm is a horse property so there are views of horses and beautiful nature. Lynghøjghård is only 25 km from Copenhagen City Hall Square and 12 km from Roskilde. The S-train station is only 3 km from here, which can take you to many places, easily to Copenhagen. If you like cycling, the roads around are perfect for it. Or if you like golf, there are several golf clubs nearby. While our pool area is perfect for relaxing when the weather is warm.

In Solrød Landsby towards the fields, there is a 200 sqm thatched villa, where there is room for the whole family. Usually, a family of 5 lives here. Two adults, two girls of 10 and 4, and a boy of 8. We have chickens (and chicks practicing their crowing), a grain barn, large garden and plenty of room for play. In the driveway there is room for two cars and in the garage there is a rowing machine. It is 7 minutes by car down to the station (S-train to Copenhagen) and shopping, 9 minutes to the beach.

Welcome to our home! Our house is a modern style home, 140 sqm. We have a wonderful dining area in connection with the kitchen. Large living area with relaxing chairs, sofas a flat screen panel and a Sonos music system. There is a lovely morning light in the livingroom as the sun rises. Since we have 2 daughters at the age of 7+11 our home is ideal for families with children at these ages. We lived in Copenhagen for more than 20 years so we can guide you on what to do and see!
