The ground floor consists of a small kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher and basic kitchen equipment and a dining room with a TV with flow TV or for connecting a laptop for viewing Powerpoint or similar. Furthermore, there is a small bathroom on the 1st floor. The annex is connected to our own private part of the house and has a door to our utility room.

Gæsteboligen er i den oprindelige staldbygning, som efter en gennemgribende renovering, har opnået en fantastisk forvandling. Synlige bjælker og idylliske staldvinduer, bevarer det autentisk udtryk fra et tidligere virke som kostald. I de 78 m2, er der både en hyggelig sove afdeling med dobbeltseng /B:180 cm, samt åbent køkken-alrum-stue miljø, samt et moderne badeværelse med brus.

Hyggeligt anneks udlejes til weekend/ferieophold. Annekset ligger midt i Helsingør tæt på Kronborg og i gåafstand fra stationen. Annekset på 50 m2 i grundplan indeholder 2 hemse med dobbeltmadrasser, stue med sovesofa, køkken og badeværelse. Adgang til hemse via trappestige. Ideelt til 4 personer, men der er 6 sovepladser. Dyne, hovedpude, sengelinned, håndklæder, viskestykker og karklude til rådighed. Gratis wifi og TV med adgang til internet dog uden TV-pakke. Ikke egnet for gangbesværede

Välkomna till oss mitt i pittoreska Limhamn, ett lugnt område med havet runt hörnet. Stranden ligger 5 minuters promenad och småbåtshamnen med mysiga fik, glass och restauranger är ett stenkast bort. I gäststugan finns allt du behöver för en din vistelse, en 32 tums TV med chromecast, snabbt wifi, köksvrå, dusch och badrum. Malmö är en perfekt cykelstad och vi har två cyklar ni kan låna för att utforska staden. Kommer ni med bil finns gatuparkering utanför. Välkomna till oss!

Free parking, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed (140x200), a sofabed is available in the living room, bathroom with heated floor, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, free wifi & smart TV .

Guesthouse in Höllviken

Newly built guesthouse in an attractive location in Höllviken near both the beach (approx. 2.5km flight route), bus connections (approx. 500m) and the center (approx. 800m). A short distance away (approx. 700m) is also the Toppengallerian, a shopping center with ICA, Liqour store, pharmacies and clothing stores. In the house there is a TV (android tv) where you with your own account on Google play can access various apps. Netflix is pre-installed (own account required) and youtube.

.The decoration is Nordic style and the building consists of living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with dining area and direct access to 16m2 terrace equipped with garden furniture. it is suitable for two people. . The nearest village is only 7 km away with shopping options. we are a couple in the sixties living permanently with our Jack Russel in the adjacent building, ,and we will alw terrierays be available for any inquiries and immediate help.

Bo hyggeligt på landet

Hyggelig bolig på Flintebjerggaard, et fritidslandbrug 12 km øst for Næstved. Kom og bo i vores gamle stuehus, hvor vi har indrettet en mindre bolig med køkken, bad og soveværelse. Fra køkken/stue er der adgang til hems med en dobbelt sovesofa. Fra stuen er der udsigt til have og høns (hanegal kan forekomme!), og adgang til en brolagt lille terrasse, som må benyttes af jer - i sommersæson er der havemøbler. Ejendommen ligger åbent med marker og frugtplantage omkring.

Hestestalden. Gårdidyl ved Stevns Klint.

Oprindeligt opført som hestestald i 1832, er denne bygning nu ombygget til en charmerende bolig med eget køkken og toilet. Perfekt til en weekendtur eller et stop undervejs på cykelferien. I stueetagen finder du et åbent køkken og stue i ét, med adgang til en privat terrasse samt et badeværelse. På første sal er der et rummeligt værelse med fire enkeltsenge og udsigt over havet fra den ene ende af rummet. Boligen skal efterlades i samme stand som ved ankomst.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.
