Wonderful stay at Sandra’s place. It looked even better than the picture. Super spacious and clean- perfect for a group trip. Would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay in the area.

Chunjiang's place was so beautiful and absolutely spotless! It smelt incredible, and it was apparent that a professional cleaner had stopped by. It has 2 rooms, and an extra bed with the pull-out sofa. Such a beautiful and relaxing backyard as well. My family and I spent most of our time at Universal Studios (which wasn't much of a far drive from the house) so we really didn't use any of the amenities but it definitely has all that you need. Perfect AIRBNB!

This place was thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. The space was spacious and convenient, and the bed mattress was especially comfortable. It also had great accessibility to nearby attractions.

My group of seven had a great stay at Elizabeth's house! The place was very clean, and all amenities were as described. Loved the parking space and how private the area was. What stood out the most was how responsive and helpful Elizabeth was to any questions, and how clear the instructions were for checking in and out!

Unanimously voted the best Airbnb by my entire family (across all age groups) after spending time here while we celebrated my son’s graduation 👨‍🎓 Centrally located, an oasis that is not only aesthetically appealing but also cozy and stocked with every creature comfort. The space is open and fresh…immaculately maintained. The host is the perfect blend of kind, generous and professional. The Retreat In the Hills will not disappoint and is worth every penny.

Our stay at Paul’s place was wonderful. He was super responsive for any concerns, helped us out in one of the most eventful weekends we’ve had and the house was stocked with everything we needed and more. The rooms were spacious and had so much room to hang out with the family. Cannot recommend his house more!! The area was so peaceful, easy to find and quiet. Would definitely stay there again! Mary’s place was great! There were many food spots right around the corner. It was very spacious and felt cozy. My favorite part was the giant mirror and dimmable lights! Parking and getting inside was easy.

this is our third time staying at elizabeth’s place and we’ll definitely be back a fourth time! the airbnb itself is lovely, absolutely a great place to rest and relax. the kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked-(which is completely unnecessary but very appreciated) and elizabeth herself is a delight. the airbnb is a very short walk from downtown, and the walk is gorgeous. can’t recommend this spot highly enough.

Darcy's place was just as described and Darcy was a wonderful host. From providing local recommendations to having ample "spare supplies" in the unit, he went that extra mile to make our stay a pleasant one. We'd definitely look at booking again when next we're in the LA area.

We recently stayed at Geoffrey's, and it was a very welcoming experience. Geoffrey was communicative, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place felt just like home, which was perfect for my family. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a book of restaurant recommendations available; it made exploring the area so much easier. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a welcoming and convenient place to stay!

The place was very clean. The location was beyond perfect with very cool attractions and restaurants in walking distance. The host had great communication, hospitality, responsive throughout and more than accommodating if I needed anything. This would be my place of choice for next time too!

We loved this stay in Pasadena with walkable access to some good takeaway and a grocery. The garden is stunning and Ginger is kind and responsive. This was a wonderful stay for us.

Lovely place with a very homey feel to it. It's one of two airbnbs at the building, but they are fully separated. Everything was as described, and the hosts were super communicative. Its a great deal, given there is laundry and parking onsite, they allow pets, and its a fully livable unit in a comfortable suburban neighborhood.

The apartment was the perfect place to stay for us. The location was very quiet and had just the right amount of Goldie Locks and the Three Bears along with Bambi. Truly was perfect!

The apartment is located right in the middle of DTLA, with most major sights within a 20-minute walk. While parts of Broadway and some sections east of it are a bit sketchy, the building itself checks the identity of everyone entering and feels very safe. Parking is in a garage across the street, which also feels safe. The apartment is spacious, with tall ceilings and lots of light. The bedroom isn't fully separate (only a half wall) so it gets light and noise from the main area in the mornings (eye mask and earplugs will be good for the person who sleeps later). The kitchen area is modern, with good counter space and appliances. Giselle and Ali were excellent hosts, very responsive and helpful. They provided lots of local tips and quickly addressed any questions or minor issues.

We had such a wonderful stay in downtown LA. The apartment was spacious with high ceilings, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook breakfast each morning. It was clean, beautifully designed, and felt so cozy, especially with the antique lamp casting a warm glow at night. I loved how the city lights reflected into the living room and made the evenings feel magical. The rooftop pool and hot tub had amazing views, and we met some great people there. The building felt very safe with on-site security, which we really appreciated. Ali was a fantastic host. He was super responsive and full of great recommendations. My husband, his cousin, and I all loved it and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Excellent location and perfect for a weekend getaway.

Great spot in the heart of downtown. Loved the rooftop pool. Very convenient location, close to Dodger Stadium (Go Blue!). Host easy to communicate with. Front desk people super cool. Was nice to have parking too. Would stay again. Be sure to read about the history of this building. Super interesting.

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
