The perfect spot to disconnect from the hustle/bustle and technology. Modern amenities include gas fireplace, A/C, washer/dryer, TV, Record Player, DVD Player. Connect with nature, snuggle up by the fireplace, read a book, play a board game or listen to some vinyl and unwind. There is NO INTERNET but there is spotty LTE/cell service.

The property is surrounded by forest and is a 2 minute walk to our private river waterfront, that is shared with our other two rental cabins. The house includes a bright sunroom to lounge in, and a fire pit to enjoy while viewing the starry skies at night. Enjoy fishing along the river or using the provided canoes, SUP boards and kayaks. The Guest House

Our guest house is a cozy log cabin with three floors. It is the original homesteader cabin to our property, revived and restored with care. Nestled in the Bonnechere region of Renfrew County, this magical place of solitude offers nature right outside your door. Local paintings by Ottawa Valley landscape artist Angela St. Jean displayed throughout the cabin feature lakes, rivers, and natural places and spaces that surround us.

The Bunkie

Come spend time in a cozy solar powered cabin on our homestead located on the edge of 50 acres of forest. When you aren't cozied up by the wood stove, there are many trails to explore throughout the forest. Guests are also welcome to use the sauna, explore the gardens and meet the chickens. The Bunkie is located 25 minutes from Bon Echo and 15 minutes from Lower Madawaska.
