On Rosarito Inn property area. Right on the beachfront, the condo faces the pool and spa. White water view on the beach. In downtown Rosarito, in prime location. Walking 1-2 min clubs, bars, restaurants, bac huge artisanal marketplace. Best jaccuzzi ever, strong jets!!!! Everyone has agreed that this location is tops. Within the large pool, which is on the beach front, a small pool for children that's a little warmer. The kitchen is equipped with every kitchen gadget Kureg and coffee maker

cozy studio in Playas de Tijuana

natural semi rustic colors, living room space with a sublevel (3 steps up) to the bedroom area divided by a closet space and fish tank. The studio has a kitchen and private bathroom (shower). You are greeted by host when arrival and normally i leave toiletries if needed. For you to be at ease and enjoy your stay I will be in main house across the patio and for extra I can offer a guided tour in the city, wine country or if you just want to take a time to relax I can offer a mini spa treatment.

Centrally located five minutes from downtown and approx 20 minutes from Puerto Nuevo, Villa Serena is a great place to stay for weekend getaways or longer stays. The nightlife is minutes away which makes it convienent and inexpensive to take a quick taxi/uber right to the strip. There's plenty of parking and 24 hour security at the gate. Rosarito 5 BR Beach Home 10 Mins to Papas & Beers

This place was perfect for our big group! Enough beds, living space, hangout areas, and beach is pretty close by. We had an amazing time and our host was responsive. Only two things were there were lots of ants and the master shower didn’t work. We notified the host but we really didn’t mind since there were two other showers. Also the house is fairly close to downtown Rosarito! This place was really great and I would definitely stay again. Also important to note that the roads in the community are cobblestone and are hard to walk in heels.

Comfortable house to feel right at home.

One of the essential areas of consideration during booking your accommodation for your vacation is safety, especially in cities like Tijuana where the wrong areas and safe areas can be merely one street apart. Not being locals to the area, we really didn't know where to stay that'd be considered safe. Especially considering that some reviews seem to be disingenuous, claiming some rentals to be safe when our experiences showed otherwise. Our first night, we ended up booking a place that boasted how safe it is, but then turned out to be one of the worst areas in TJ. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night and booked Diana's place last minute. During our drive to Diana's, we could tell the neighborhood was very calm, quiet, and much cleaner. We pulled up to the property and saw that they had a two- car garage (manual door, but still better than most other places that only have street parking) where we were able to park. Once we parked, Debora - who is just about the most helpful and friendliest person ever - gave us a quick tour of the property and the WiFi password. During our four- night stay, we had absolutely no problems with the safety, noise, cleanliness, or communication with the host. It's very clean, VERY roomy, plus Diana and Debora were on hand to help us with any issues within minutes of contact. Granted, this rental is pricier than some of the other ones, but it was definitely worth it: safe neighborhood, garage parking, three bedrooms, two and half bathroom, AC, hot water, great water pressure, etc. Thank you again for the great accommodation and we will definitely be coming back to stay here.

Pros: Clean linens, everything needed to cook a meal, close to the border, and as close as a house can get to the ocean waves. It’s a good house for adults to party. I was able to catch a shark from the roof in front of the deck. Cons: top deck does not have safety railing to keep people, kids, or animals from falling 60’ to the rocks below. The house is right next to neighboring houses, with nothing stopping them from walking into the house. The beach access is far away, and the stairs going down are dangerous, and require jumping about 4’ over a drainage ditch due to a broken bridge. The beach is full of trash. The trash can was over flowing, trash everywhere, and about six dead seagulls. Nearby fishermen use ravage the muscles off of the rocks for chum and use nets to harvest most of the fish.
