Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time stay in the countryside. You will stay in our apartment, which is located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

After a few kilometers of magical winding forest road up the hills, you will arrive at this unique cottage. The forest ranger's cabin is high up and the view of Hanöbukten with the Stenshuvud nature reserve in the backdrop is unique. Here you can walk, hike in untouched forest, along trails or by the sea. You are between the sky and the sea in one of Österlen's most beautiful places. Proximity to the sea and swimming. A fantastic accommodation right on the sandy beach of the beautiful fishing village, Brantevik. If harmony and tranquility are to be placed in one place, it is here. Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Stay in a classic Shepherd's hut in the middle of Folk & Frukt's organic apple orchard. A trailer built throughout in solid eco-materials. Equipped with double bed, kitchen, stove, shower and toilet. The trailer is completely 'off grid'. Here you can be completely disconnected and experience the feeling of living in the middle of an apple orchard. The nearest neighbors are Baskemölla eco-village with its varied architecture. 500 m down to Baskemölla harbor for a morning swim from the harbor pier.

Fyledalen-Nature Reserve and Bird Watcher Paradise

This is a remote place for nature lovers or to stress down! Situated in the middle of a nature reserve, the guest house is at the edge of a forest and offers a view into the valley. You can experience the sound of silence, the whistle of birds of pray and the cry of the owl at night. The reserve is known for its large variety of wild life including eagles and some rare frog species. At night the stars are visible from your window. The nearest shop is 7 km away, 2 km to the next bus station.

Nybyggt (hösten 2023) ljust och luftigt ekohus på 30 kvm mitt i Ravlunda. Allrum med högt i tak. Sovrum med två bäddar. Loft med två bäddar. Badrum med dusch. Runt huset är det inhägnat med staket. Här finns plats för både lek och pauser i solen. Nytt för 2025 är att vi byggt ett entrétak. Vi står för sänglinne, badrumsfrotté samt ett mindre bassortiment i skafferiet. Du får även nybakat bröd under lokala surdegsbageriets öppetdagar.

Cozy apartment in a courtyard house in Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.

This cottage is located in the heart of Österlen (Sweden´s Tuscany) in a picturesque little village called Rörum. The house was originally the village blacksmith´s workshop. The cottage is newly renovated with natural and allergy friendly materials. The cottage has a view of the famous Lonely tree. Mandelmanns gardens are within a short walking distance and the beach is about 3km away. Closest restaurant is across the street.

Östhem

Östhem is a farm just outside the village of Rörum. The farm is located next to Skåneleden, near Knäbäckshusens beach, beautiful nature and the Stenshuvud National Park. On the farm, Sandra and Rasmus live with four children, two cats and some chickens. We run a bookstore, an art gallery and a café adjacent to the farm. Östhem is surrounded by a larger apple and vineyard that we also work with.

Stay centrally on Österlen just outside the village of Skåne-Tranås on a small farm overlooking fields and pastures. The house is carefully renovated with a focus on charm and personality. The proximity to several wonderful beaches, golf clubs, nature reserves, food and coffee places and to Österlen's various attractions makes it easy to get around by car or bus.
