På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

Elegant apartment, central location and well connected with public transport. This 104m2, 1930's apartment has spacious social areas with beautiful light admission, two full sized bedrooms, whereof 1 with a king size bed and 1 with a luxury sofabed. From the second bedroom you can access the private balcony and enjoy some late afternoon sun and a barbecue (gas). You can also access the cozy, shared courtyard for an outside dinner.
