19th-century Provençal bastide with pool & air conditioning

Ideal for families, this authentic Provençal Bastide in charming stones was built in 1840. It will offer you great moments thanks to its swimming pool, its petanque court and its shaded rest area. The house is over 250 m2 on 1300 m2 of land and can accommodate up to 11 people and 3 cars. The pool is equipped with an alarm and 4 out of 5 bedrooms are air-conditioned. Unfortunately, groups of friends without children are no longer accepted.

Relax in this quiet country cottage overlooking the Garlaban. It has its own garden, two-seater jacuzzi and parking. 100 meters away: access to 2 tennis courts. I paid special attention to the renovation and decoration to make it a charming and peaceful place. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. We are at the foot of the Sainte Baume mountain range, 25 minutes from Cassis and Aix-en-Provence.

Relax in this quiet and stylish home in the heart of the Pagnol mountains with views of the Etoile massif. Studio built and refurbished in 2023 for 1 or 2 people. Located within the owners' main residence, upstairs , it has totally independent access by outdoor stairs and small furnished terrace with table , chairs , umbrella and sun loungers . The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave and stove.
