Simply perfect. Carlos's bungalow exceeded all our expectations: it is even more beautiful than the photos, decorated with exquisite taste and with every detail thought out to make the stay comfortable and cozy. The cleanliness was impeccable and the natural light that comes in during the morning makes it even more special. But best of all is its unbeatable location, just steps from the beach! Waking up and having breakfast with the sound of the sea was a real luxury. Carlos was an exceptional host: friendly, attentive and always available to help us with anything. Definitely one of the best homes we've been to. We'll be back!

absolute gem in Aguadulce. the house was clean and comfortable, felt like home straight away. it had all of the nescessary equipment for the rooms and kitchen included. we didn't have a car but the hill is manageable- takes about 20mins to climb up from cottage centre. the views from the apartment were fabulous and the neighborhood is peaceful. the only downside was that the upstairs room didn't have WiFi working, other than that - everything was great and it's totally worth the money we paid! thabk you Antonio for being so good at communication!

Ophélie's place is exactly the way she describes it, a 5-10 min walk to the Alcazaba, restaurants and lively areas. Breakfast and late drinks on the terrace overlooking the Cerro San Cristobal is a great experience. Ophélie was super helpful, clear instructions and communication. We felt at home. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely week at Casa Bonita. Overall, the house is great and it is in a great location. The terrace has a beautiful view! It is the perfect spot to explore Almería and relax. On the whole, we had a positive experience and Carmen was available for questions.

We had a pleasant stay. Silvana welcomed us very warmly and accompanied us. The place is very pretty, quiet and good location. We strongly recommend!

Mae is very nice and let us in earlier than agreed. The facilities are great and very clean. The only problem is that we could not enter the pool on Monday or the day we entered, otherwise everything is very good!

It's been a perfect stay. The house is like being in your own home, with all the amenities, very complete and with many details... and the shower with plenty of hot water. There were even night lights in the children's room. Next to the beach. 100% recommended. We'll be back, for sure.

A magnificent apartment with a special view of the most beautiful area of the Paseo Marítimo de Almería. You go down the stairs of the building and you are practically on the beach. Free beach with free working showers available to all. The managers Gino and Lien are fantastic and very helpful people with whom we have also created a great friendship. We spent 4 unforgettable days in total relaxation. Rating 10/10. We'll be back soon. Thank you.

We were warmly welcomed by Rocio and shown into the apartment. There was a small welcome gift for everyone and something nutritious from the area. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Nothing is actually missing. The best part is the very large balcony with an excellent view of the sea, which we enjoyed every morning at breakfast. Almeria is not exactly the most beautiful city, but if you want to go on vacation quietly, this is the place to be. Rocia has been in touch with us several times and asked if everything is okay and if we need anything else. We found that very attentive. The nearby underground car park is also a positive, which avoids the very difficult search for a parking space. Overall, a highly recommended place where we felt very comfortable.

The apartment is on the top (third) floor. There is everything you need. It has a nice terrace with a awning, very useful for the afternoon sun. And it's equipped with three air conditioners! The washing machine and the stove are easy to use. The bathroom is also equipped with a bidet. The beds are comfortable. There is a very clean community pool, supervised by a lifeguard (sunday excluded). It is not allowed to make loud noise between 15:00 and 17:00. Important: there is an electricity meter: even paying attention to the comsumption, you may need to add extra money (in 1 or 2 euro coins).

We had a fantastic 12 day stay at Javier’s apartment. It is well equipped and great value for money in a fab location. I would strongly recommend staying at Javier’s apartment if you are staying in Almeria. Thanks for a great stay Javier.

We stayed 7 nights. The apartment has exceeded our expectations. Really everything is available and well maintained. Attention has been paid to the smallest details. Daniel waited for us and showed us around the apartment. He is friendly, helpful and always available and responds immediately to messages. The location is great because you are on the outskirts of the city and on the one hand you are on the highway quite quickly and on the other hand you are a 15-minute walk from the beach. The old town is about 35 minutes' walk. As Daniel described in his advertisement, the indoor underground garage is only suitable for a small car. We have a Citroën Picasso C4 and it is too large. But this is not a problem because there is always free parking in the neighborhood. We have always been able to park the car across the street from the apartment on the main street. Fantastic and spacious little apartment for a couple, literally a 5min walk uphill from the beach in a quiet residential area. Loads of excellent restaurants nearby, and a great supermarket at the foot of the building. Easy free parking on the street outside. The little balcony facing the sea was a big draw when booking, and didn't disappoint. The interior is not over-cluttered, and has ample storage. Extra bedding provided when requested, and excellent shower pressure in the bathroom. Our contact person was Carlos, and he could not have been nicer or more helpful. We had a wonderful time. NB. There is a half-completed building going up behind the block, but not much seemed to be happening during our stay. Probably worth checking at point of booking if that's going to bother you.

The apartment is very good located, beachfront. Bright and quiet, in good condition. Great family friendly beach. Very close to the center, you can walk to visit the entire historic center. With restaurants , coffee shops and ice cream shops next door. Very good environment, ideal for sports.

We, a couple with a big dog, felt very welcome and comfortable. The apartment with a large terrace and access to the garden is located in a well-kept and beautifully planted complex directly on the beach and entrance to the nature reserve, ideal for running with a dog. We were able to park our motorhome safely in the locked area of the complex, so everything is great for relaxing days!

The service with Carlos was unbeatable, always attentive, the apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and everything is clean and impeccable, I have no doubt that we will stay with him again!

Patricia was very helpful and waited for us upon arrival and guided us through the house. Patricia was great accommodating us with a earlier check in and the apartment was great and had everything we needed. Everything was perfect, within walking distance to Golf Course, shops, restaurants, harbor and beach. Thanks Patricia.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect — just a quick ride from the airport and a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants. There’s even a 24-hour store called The Jungle nearby, which was super convenient for grabbing water, ice, and snacks. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and coffee in the mornings, and the AC was a lifesaver on those hot days. We also really enjoyed relaxing by the pool during our downtime. The host was friendly and very informative. He told us about the Noche de San Juan celebration happening on the beach, which was such a fun experience, and he even helped us call a taxi when we checked out. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Really nice apartment with 2 playgrounds for our little kid (1½ year old). The parking spot is quite narrow so it does take some time to get used to getting in and out but that’s about the only downside to the apartment.
