Vacation rentals with beach access in Roquetas de Mar

Margit's place is perfect for spending a few quiet and pleasant days. The beach is very close and from the residential development you have several accesses. The accommodation is quiet, pleasant and equipped with everything a couple needs. The pool is large and right in front of the house. Margit was an excellent host

What a wonderful stay. Five minute walk to the great beach, five minute walk to the supermarket, five minute walk to the local coffee shop and bar. Salva met us on arrival and showed us the apartment. If we needed anything we just asked. We will go again and we would highly recommend this property.

The apartment is great,with high quality equipment,the sofa and the bed are very comfortable,kitchen with everything you need,super clean and with special details such as umbrella and beach towels.Belen was super friendly and flexible with the entry and exit hours.Demas this is very close walking from the beach and in a very quiet area, there is no noise either outside or from neighbors. I recommend it 100%!!

We stayed 7 nights. The apartment has exceeded our expectations. Really everything is available and well maintained. Attention has been paid to the smallest details. Daniel waited for us and showed us around the apartment. He is friendly, helpful and always available and responds immediately to messages. The location is great because you are on the outskirts of the city and on the one hand you are on the highway quite quickly and on the other hand you are a 15-minute walk from the beach. The old town is about 35 minutes' walk. As Daniel described in his advertisement, the indoor underground garage is only suitable for a small car. We have a Citroën Picasso C4 and it is too large. But this is not a problem because there is always free parking in the neighborhood. We have always been able to park the car across the street from the apartment on the main street. Simply perfect. Carlos's bungalow exceeded all our expectations: it is even more beautiful than the photos, decorated with exquisite taste and with every detail thought out to make the stay comfortable and cozy. The cleanliness was impeccable and the natural light that comes in during the morning makes it even more special. But best of all is its unbeatable location, just steps from the beach! Waking up and having breakfast with the sound of the sea was a real luxury. Carlos was an exceptional host: friendly, attentive and always available to help us with anything. Definitely one of the best homes we've been to. We'll be back!

Very close to the beach, for walking. Quiet area with family atmosphere. The bad stuff, there's not much in town. I recommend the pizzeria

Great view and beautiful, tastefully decorated apartment. Communication and check-in were easy. The apartment has everything you need and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. Parking is easy to find in front of the house. The beds give in with 2 adults in bed over the course of the night, so there is a cow, but this did not detract from a nice holiday in a great accommodation. Recommendation!

Ophélie's place is exactly the way she describes it, a 5-10 min walk to the Alcazaba, restaurants and lively areas. Breakfast and late drinks on the terrace overlooking the Cerro San Cristobal is a great experience. Ophélie was super helpful, clear instructions and communication. We felt at home. Highly recommend!

There were two of us and it was very nice. In the kitchen there was everything you needed and the whole apartment was clean and very nicely furnished. The contact was very good and Raul was always available. The neighborhood is quiet and nearby there is everything you need on foot. The beach is a pebble beach, so the water is very clear and there was very little going on with us. We didn't miss anything, the stay was very nice.

Excellent accommodation, ideal location at the foot of the Alcazaba, superb terrace. Pedestrian area, where you feel timeless but everything remains accessible in about ten minutes on foot (tapas bar, cafes for breakfast, places to visit, etc.) The accommodation is very well equipped, very comfortable and pleasantly decorated. A perfect stay;-)

The very kind owner is always attentive to everything. The house just like the pictures spacious comfortable and beautiful I don't have any complaints we loved it. Also very close to the beach, the beach is behind the literal urbanization. You can also walk for a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also a 2in from Almeria and close to Cabo de gata and its villages about 30-40min we found the recommended location great. The apartment is very good, spacious, bright and comfortable. Very quiet area, with very ample parking in the building.

We had a very good stay. Our trip was as a family and the residential development has plenty of things for children to enjoy (park, swimming pools...). The apartment is very comfortable and very tastefully decorated. The terrace is a delightful one. They should improve the cleanliness as it was not very good and include some basics that are missing in the kitchen (although it is quite equipped). As for the location, it's a bit far, but you can find everything you need (supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants...) without having to be in the most crowded part. The truth is that I definitely recommend the stay.

A perect location for us close to the beach and walkable to everywhere we wanted. A great apartment with everything we needed. A comfortable home from home. Manuel was the best host ever. There was an issue with the WiFi and he was so proactive in sorting it out for us. We were then caught up in the national blackout and Manuel communicated well and helped us massively. A real gentleman. We definitely plan to return.

The service with Carlos was unbeatable, always attentive, the apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and everything is clean and impeccable, I have no doubt that we will stay with him again!

My husband and I spend 4 days on Javier’s place, it is very good, with parking, less than 100m from the beach, with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, shops and even automatic laundry facilities close. It’s on 2nd floor with a beautiful view of the pool, gardens and sea. Good bed (we didn’t used the sofa bed) and a kitchen with all you need if want to cook, you only has to bring your food. We enjoyed breakfast at the terrace every day, the WiFi is good and strong to stream your favorite shows and movies. The communication with him it’s very good and respond very fast.

We had a really nice stay at Cristobal’s apartment. The lady that welcomed us and her husband were really nice and welcoming people. Even if our Spanish was not the best, we could perfectly understand what they communicated. Overall everything was great but unfortunately we had the misfortune to visit Aguadulce when it was very windy outside and the exterior blinds made a very loud and annoying noise but with ear plugs it was better.

Very nice apartment that fully matches the photos. The views are incredible and the apartment is very well decorated and comfortable. The access road to the development is peculiar, but once you're home, it's worth it.
