Maria’s place is beautiful and so peaceful, with amazing views and a wonderful balcony on which we spent hours relaxing. The beach is so easy and lovely, too. Within a few minutes of the apartment are a grocery store, an ice cream shop, and excellent restaurants! Also, the Paseo Marítimo is perfect for a morning/evening walk or run. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms have good water pressure and consistent hot water. The air conditioner works perfectly and we slept so well. The apartment was perfect and so clean, too. We enjoyed everything about our stay. María was also very helpful throughout the week with everything we needed. ¡Gracias! I highly recommend her place and we would love to stay there again!

A magnificent apartment with a special view of the most beautiful area of the Paseo Marítimo de Almería. You go down the stairs of the building and you are practically on the beach. Free beach with free working showers available to all. The managers Gino and Lien are fantastic and very helpful people with whom we have also created a great friendship. We spent 4 unforgettable days in total relaxation. Rating 10/10. We'll be back soon. Thank you.

Natalia's place is definitely worth it. It is very well located, close to supermarkets, services, restaurants and leisure areas. It is a quiet area. In addition, the apartment is impeccable and has everything you need. Natalia was attentive to whether we needed anything and always answered very quickly, she was very kind. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is on the top (third) floor. There is everything you need. It has a nice terrace with a awning, very useful for the afternoon sun. And it's equipped with three air conditioners! The washing machine and the stove are easy to use. The bathroom is also equipped with a bidet. The beds are comfortable. There is a very clean community pool, supervised by a lifeguard (sunday excluded). It is not allowed to make loud noise between 15:00 and 17:00. Important: there is an electricity meter: even paying attention to the comsumption, you may need to add extra money (in 1 or 2 euro coins).

The apartment is exactly as the pictures promise! Great sea view, everything very clean and everything you need is there. We had a great time there and Pablo is a good host who makes sure you have everything you need!

Very good accommodation with a very good disposition. It has the beach nearby, places to have breakfast like the Niagara bar, it seems like you go back 20 years for the price and the kindness of the waiter. Alicia and Juan Miguel are very attentive. We will definitely repeat.

Great stay! We had a great week at this place that exceeded our expectations. The apartment is perfectly equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable vacation: dishwasher, small appliances, air conditioning, fan, and much more. The location is unbeatable: with direct views of the pool and just a few steps from the beach. In addition, it is located in the heart of the bars and shops of the development in Roquetas de Mar, which makes everyday life much easier. We would definitely go back without thinking. 100% recommended!

The apartment is great,with high quality equipment,the sofa and the bed are very comfortable,kitchen with everything you need,super clean and with special details such as umbrella and beach towels.Belen was super friendly and flexible with the entry and exit hours.Demas this is very close walking from the beach and in a very quiet area, there is no noise either outside or from neighbors. I recommend it 100%!!

Maria's apartment was undoubtedly the cleanest we have found in a long time, everything was spotless both the rooms and the bathroom,kitchen,living room! We really liked it,we felt right at home! The area is very quiet and we really liked that! It is a very nice apartment with several pools including jacuzzi on the premises! The place was as advertised. Safe, quiet residence. Lovely and friendly neighbors. Everything was perfect, nothing was missing and the hot tub on the rooftop terrace was full of views🤩. A very responsive and friendly host. We spent 10 days and we'll be back without hesitation. We stayed in this casita in Almeria a few days and the truth was very good. The house was very clean, the host let us even before the apartment which is appreciated , I always kindly answer my questions or whatever questions I had quickly. The area was quite nice. We will definitely repeat 😀

It was a fantastic stay, the apartment was impeccable, with everything you need. It is very close to the beach, the views from the terrace are incredible with the sea in the background. The facilities are excellent. Vanessa has been an excellent host very kind and attentive to anything she needed.

It has been a success. We loved the location. Raúl offered us a somewhat larger accommodation than the one chosen when he saw that there were four of us and thought that we would be more comfortable without an increase in price.
