We had an exceptional stay in this beautiful home! Everything was perfectly as described, or even better. The house is spacious, very clean, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped — it immediately feels like home. The garden is a real plus, ideal for relaxing in peace. The village is quiet and pleasant. The host was available, welcoming and very responsive to our questions, which greatly facilitated our arrival and stay. We recommend this property without a second thought and will be happy to come back!

When one imagines securing a well appointed, safe, comfortable, accommodating and ideally located place to truly relax or explore the delights of the southern Occitanie region from, Marc & Isabelle’s offering should definitely be on their mind. From very effective host communication, solid directions :) & a flexible approach all the way through to supporting us getting settled in, finding places we need as part of getting comfortable etc, we felt supremely well taken care of. The property itself is very well appointed & looks exactly as depicted in the app; it’s an excellent AirBnB for those who want to relax in comfort & privacy with a superb array of mod-cons. Everyone in our group was very impressed. Thoughtful and clever touches abound across the entire modern property & we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone (family or a group of friends) - it’s a gem are likely going to return to! A very big thank you to Chantal and her husband, it was as if you had been away for a very long time and are coming home. She is very accommodating, helpful, charming and very well organized. There was a great introduction to the house & surroundings, lots of information about restaurants, places to see. The house is incredibly clean, well-maintained and equipped with a lot of love. Attention is paid to sustainability and there is really nothing to complain about. Everything functional. The surroundings especially the beach very large and beautiful. We were 8 people in the house and it has enough space not to step on each other's feet. The pool is very nice, heated and the hot tub absolutely great. We as a family had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. Easy walk to a great restaurant by the canal, great parking, great power in the showers. The kitchen is well maintained and stocked and coffee pods were really appreciated. Lovely big towels for the pool and several fiercely contested games of boules played, who knew we needed a measuring tape! 🤣 Would happily return to see more of the area. The completely safe surroundings for our small pooch was also such a blessing. Thanks Paul!

3-night break in this magnificent, comfortable and beautifully decorated villa, with high-quality services (bedding, bathrooms, kitchen) and very well-equipped. We enjoyed the large interior spaces, the large master suite upstairs, the pool accessible via a single-storey terrace, as well as the possibility of parking several inside the property. Total calm in a neighborhood 5/10 min walk from the sea and restaurants. Reception via a concierge who is very attentive and hyper responsive. Many thanks to the technician who came to repair the barbecue on Saturday morning and who spared no effort to help us: we were able to enjoy every moment!

We had a great multi-generational family holiday in Neffies. The villa was excellent for 6 adults and 4 kids, with large open plan living and perfect gardens and pool. Every ground floor bedroom has patio doors onto the garden and poolside which was lovely. Star-gazing at 11pm was magical. This is well-equipped villa with 2 full kitchens, plenty of sofas, variety of dining tables for shade or sun and a lovely games room with table football/darts/board games/indoor archery. Pool also has inflatables/noodles/floats provided.

The house is fantastic and as described, just what we needed. They were very kind to us. We recommend it 100% :)

Successful family weekend thanks to Chrystelle and Benoît's house which has everything you need for a relaxing family weekend: swimming pools, petanque court, ping pong table… The accommodation is impeccable, clean, well arranged and comfortable so that everyone has their own space. Very nice accommodation, Samuel and his wife are very welcoming. Kind and flexible. We came for a weekend with friends. We had a great time. Great stay! There were 15 of us in the villa. The amenities worked great and the dwelling is spacious. Great hot tub! The villa has kept its promises, it is very secluded and therefore quite difficult to find the first time. Station at the mud path and follow the green path at the red house. There are two kitchens, one upstairs and one downstairs and big plancha that replace a barbecue very well. The outdoor space is large and the interior space also has plenty of dining table setup options. I highly recommend it! Be careful to anticipate the location of the garbage cans a little far away.

We had a great time at Villa L'Ecume (group of 6 adults and 4 children). The villa is very well arranged and very practical: spacious and pleasant rooms, modern bathrooms and toilets, pleasant living area, many practical amenities. And what about the outdoors: beautiful swimming pool, many deckchairs and garden chairs, ping-pong table, petanque court, volleyball court and even small goals to play soccer... Everyone was able to find something to suit them! A big thank you to Laurent and Maria for hosting us.

Ideal location for beautiful discoveries in the area, magnificent view. Effective communication with the owners and simplicity of the lockbox. Given the season, the pool is a little cold to enjoy. We'll have to come back in the middle of the season! One or two additional sun loungers would be welcome around the pool. Very good stay in a quiet area.

The region is gorgeous with astonishing views all around. Lots of places to climb and hike. The house is super comfortable, very well equipped and full of natural light. Hosts are nice people who definitely know their way around and are very knowledgeable of the area. We visited with two families and everyone had a blast, adults and kids alike. We recommend this Airbnb for sure.

We had a wonderful week at Jean-Paul’s house. The house itself is very well laid out with lots of space and everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We really enjoyed having access to the beautiful private pool for the hotter days, especially the children. Salasc is a wonderful village with a lovely local restaurant, everyone was very friendly. The location is perfect for exploring the area surrounding Lake Salagou. Would highly recommended.

We stayed with Eva on a group holiday with our friends from home for a relaxing holiday to regroup and relax. We did just that! It was a lovely stay with plenty of space, privacy and an amazing pool. The setting is very pleasant, quiet with the large pool and parking space. The welcome is warm and provides instructions and tips for visits, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed our stay, during which we traveled to visit Carcassonne, Narbonne, Gruissan, Collioure, Minerve and many others. Regarding the accommodation, the separate toilet from the shower room is a real plus. There are the essentials on site (washing machine and clothes rack, kitchen accessories, dish towels, etc.).
