This quaint guest studio is ideal for exploring various attractions in and around the Overberg. It has a private entrance, patio, and private braai area, fitted with a double bed, heat-and-eat appliances, a bar fridge, flat-screen TV with streaming service, Open View channels, and a DVD player.

The Annex

We are 100 meters from the beach. We have solar backup, no worries about load shedding. Large, private 40m2 apartment only 100m from beach entrance. Indoor and outdoor showers - and a large outside bath for luxuriating whilst still close to nature. Spacious lounging area. Ideally positioned to walk to shops, restaurants and Village amenities and even closer to the main swimming, fishing and diving beach. Gas hob (so you can cook even through load shedding) and microwave and all utensils.

This Rooi-Els home is special for its tranquil fynbos setting and stunning ocean and mountain views. Inside, there’s a spacious main bedroom with a King size bed leading out to the deck, a second en suite double bedroom with views across the bay, a spacious loft with twin beds, and a cozy living area filled with character. An outdoor braai area and hot outdoor shower provide perfect spots to unwind. There's also a partially-enclosed garden with a pizza oven on the other side of the house.
