It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

Or close your eyes in the hammock and enjoy the birds' song. Lots of nice walks. The place can also be used for immersion in work or study. Only a 30-minute drive from Aarhus - and the light rail runs directly from Aarhus and stops 1.4 km from the house. Close to Mols Bjerge, Kalø Castle Ruin and Lübker golf. It is possible to accommodate 2 adults + 2 children (= extra bunk bed).

The apartment is centrally located towards both city and nature - with only 3 km to fishing and walks at Løgten Strand, and about 20 minutes drive to Aarhus and Mols Bjerge.

On a scenic recreational property, you will find this pearl of a tiny house. Overlooking Mols Bjerge to the south and Kalø Castle Ruin to the west, the house is located at the back of the property - hidden between trees and natural areas. The house was built from sustainable materials at a building course at Grobund in 2022. Here you can find silence and nature, while you get the opportunity to try the simple life in a tiny house, where there is what you need - and nothing more.

This 80 m2 beautiful apartment is located in an oasis, in the middle of agricultural land, with rich bird and animal life. When the sun goes down, there is ample opportunity to study the night sky. Also close to Djursland's many attractions, as well as Mols Bjerge, and the many hiking trails. 3 km to basic shopping and 8 km to a larger selection. Rent our little wonderful cottage with ocean views. It is located in a quiet scenic area 250 meters from the beach. There is a large, lovely garden, with lots of small nooks. Shopping and restaurants are located in Rønde about 2.5 km away. We use the house ourselves for everyday life, so there is a nicely equipped kitchen with various basic goods.
