The benefit of your reservation finances a local NPO for the homeless. The price is for 1/2 persons who use only one double bed. One person more so 3 persons and/or one bed more costs 15€ more.

The garden and shared outdoor spaces are being developed but each apartment has an individual terrace and a secure parking space.
