S-Bahn direction Düsseldorfer Messe (approx. 50 min), city center (approx. 20 min) & Airport (around 40 min), Cologne city center (about 40 minutes), as well as a bus towards Düsseldorf Uni, within walking distance. Bus connection right outside the door (direction LukasKH). The whole apartment was renovated in 2023, including new window and bathroom.

The small barn has separate access and is part of a 100 years old half-timbered house. The house is centrally located and quiet with a view of the city. Shops and restaurants as well as takeaways are within walking distance. On the ground floor was the kitchen, bathroom and hallway. Upstairs is the bedroom as well as a couch with TV (Smart TV). Wifi is available. To do this, the property has an Expressi coffee machine, a hob, microwave and refrigerator.
