From our house you can also start wonderful hikes to the surrounding area such as the Rurtal or the climbing rocks.

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. Das Apartment ist nur 14 Km von Köln City entfernt. Von der Autobahn aus ganz leicht und schnell zu finden. Paffrath liegt super Verkehrsgünstig aber doch im Grünen. Ob Messe Köln oder Düsseldorf; Flughafen Köln oder Düsseldorf, das Bergische Land oder die Kölner City alles ist von hier aus leicht erreichbar. Außerdem bietet Paffrath auch einiges für das leibliche Wohl, mehrere Restaurants, Imbisse und ein Supermarkt lassen keine Wünsche offen.

The one-room apartment is about 42 square meters. It has a fully equipped fitted kitchen with a cooking island. In the apartment there is a double bed and an excellent sofa bed by Bali (each 140 wide). Arrival by 10 pm, the courtyard gate is closed at night. Renting for single nights is only possible in exceptional cases, renting to 3 + 4 people only from 3 nights. Cot and high chair cost €3 extra each. No shutters or blinds. NO SMOKING!
