The space is compact, independent, and designed for two people, away from the chaos of the historic center but well connected well. The modern design and cozy atmosphere make it more like a small contemporary studio than a traditional apartment.

The advanced cleaning process based on a manual developed in collaboration with experts is adopted.

Monuments accessible 15 min walk, shops, restaurants. Metro A 300 m, bus, taxi 100 m.

In S. Giovanni, in the center of Rome, you can easily stay in an elegant villa surrounded by a large garden embellished with a pond with goldfish, benches and the song of blackbirds. The apartment (on the 1st floor of the villa), recently renovated with quality materials (marble floors, handcrafted solid wood doors) has two bedrooms of 20 and 22 sqm, one with a balcony. In each room you can request two single beds or a double bed.

The room has just been renovated we are located near the metro line A stop (Furio Camillo) the historic center can be easily reached in about 10 minutes by metro (Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Colosseum) Appio-Latino is a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood, close to the historic center. There are several bars, restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream that I will recommend. I can speak english, french.

Attached to the room is a private bathroom, echoing the colors of the sea, equipped with a ceramic sink, shower, sanitary fixtures, personal hygiene soaps, hairdryer, slippers, and towels.
