Monthly Rentals in Rollinsville

We had an Amazing time on our Colorado Trip. Lisa and Eric's place was super cozy, private, and felt like home away from home. It was a little further away from Black Hawk than we originally thought, but we ended up finding the cutest town right next door over in Nederland that is our new favorite! Great Central Location for all sorts of activities. Lisa sent all sorts of great instructions and help when it came to checking in and out. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back some day!

Allison was very helpful with her instructions. Beautiful rustic cabin. Much bigger than we imagined. Very private property with humming birds and chipmunks to entertain us. Also short drive from Nederland where we could shop and dine. We would definitely return if we were in the area.

We had a great stay at Tim's place! We spend a lot of time between Golden Gate Canyon State park and Nederland/Rollinsville, and his place is perfectly situated in between all those! Loved the space, beds and couch were comfy as well. Tim was responsive if I had a question. Would love to stay again when we are out here again fall of next year!!

Beautiful little cottage. Private and quiet with a great hot tub. would definitely stay again!
