To note: Very good apartment, with an unbeatable location, close to everything, a few blocks from downtown Rosario and just one block from the Paraná River. The owners are always very attentive, responding instantly, even at late hours. The building's pool is excellent and has private security. Overall, highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment, complete, comfortable and very safe. Gonzalo was very attentive and considerate, he was waiting for us with the stove on, the place was impeccable, he was super flexible with the schedules and even left us vegan alfajores! Super grateful, we would definitely come back.

Laura is a great host, very attentive and responded quickly to all inquiries. The house is as published. It has an expectacular roofed outdoor area where you can spend all day. The pool is a big plus of the house. The comfortable living room with two armchairs and the dining room with a super large table. Super comfortable kitchen with washing machine. Garage, no roof for now, where 2 cars can enter. Optimo place to get away from the stress of the city.

Apartment with an excellent location, we left the car on the street one night, a very busy area but with the security we all look for. Everything was impeccable, a very nice apartment, well-kept, decorated and thought out in detail, bed, pillows, bed linens, towels, everything was impeccable. I took my two pets, it has a super safe balcony, Thank you Yoana for accepting them, they also felt at home. You were a super host, I would definitely come back.

I had a great stay at this apartment! It's modern, well-equipped, and has everything you need. The location is excellent: in a calm and quiet area, close to the river. What was the best part, being so close to the Paraná River - close to the parks along the waterfront, where you can relax, take a stroll, or watch the river with mate. Highly recommend it for a comfortable and peaceful stay in Rosario.

Everything was perfect. The place was in excellent condition. Basically I went to sleep but has all the tools if someone wants to cook (toaster, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave,etc.). The split worked perfectly. While it was easy for me, maybe for someone else it's a bit tricky to pull out the key to access the building. They always responded quickly and the entry and egreso guidelines were concrete and clear. Undoubtedly if I would come back to Rosario, I would stay again. Thank you very much!

Excellent studio. Unbeatable location, very close to the river with beautiful views, and very close to the bar area. A beautiful balcony to watch the sunrises. The bed is super comfortable and everything you need to live a few days. I highly recommend it, Jeferson was very attentive.
