The ground floor is occupied by the garage for two cars. The 1st floor of 90m2, is made up of a large and comfortable kitchen open to the dining room and living room overlooking the property and a bedroom with a bathroom. La Casita de la Playa is located in the middle of Ria de Arosa and on the beachfront. Ample parking in front of the house. Five minutes by car from downtown Boiro and fifteen minutes on foot, forty-five minutes from Santiago and one hour from the main tourist attractions of the Rías Bajas and the Costa da Morte. The 3 km promenade starts 100 meters from the house. Located in a quiet neighborhood and without adjoining houses. Keys are delivered by hand both at check-in and check-out.
