Idéalement situé au calme dans un quartier historique de Saumur, à dix minutes à pied du centre ville, votre logement est aménagé avec beaucoup de soin, dans une dépendance de notre maison, au cœur d’un charmant jardin clos de murs. Le gîte est agencé comme un studio, avec une grande pièce salon-chambre, un coin cuisine et une salle de bain séparée. Les toilettes sont dans la salle de bain. Tout est de plain pied et donne directement sur le jardin. Parking public et gratuit devant la propriété.
