The 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit is about 15 minutes by car or 20 minutes by tram with direct access.

The accommodation is 25 minutes from Le Flèche Zoo, 30 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 20 minutes from the Bailleul toll. The sofa opens up to a bed for 2 people.
