Logement refait à neuf récemment, très agréable, seul petit bémol, les wc ont subi un dégâts des eaux à priori (au niveau d’un mur), avec une forte odeur d’humidité (seulement dans les wc).

Really nice property, good parking, view amazing with easy access into old town which has loads of character and charm. Welcome was excellent and really showed us what we needed to know and more. Would recommend property to others staying in Le Man.

Hyper centre ville +parking

We loved our stay in Alexandre’s apartment. We were here for the Le Mans 24hr and the apartment’s location is perfect - right in the centre of the town, you can watch the driver parade from the balcony. It was exactly as described and Alex was very helpful and easy to deal with. Would recommend to anyone coming to stay in LeMans.

Un week-end inoubliable grâce à Anne-Marie ! Notre séjour chez Anne-Marie a été tout simplement parfait, du début à la fin. Dès notre arrivée, elle nous a chaleureusement accueillis et nous a fait sentir comme chez nous. Sa gentillesse et son hospitalité ont marqué le début d'un week-end mémorable. La maison était impeccablement propre et confortable. Ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c'est l'attention aux détails d'Anne-Marie. Elle a pensé à tout pour rendre notre séjour agréable, des petites attentions comme des collations et des boissons dans le réfrigérateur. Sa convivialité et son dévouement envers ses invités sont tout à fait exceptionnels.Nous ne pouvons que recommander vivement Anne-Marie comme hôte Airbnb. Elle a vraiment fait de notre week-end une expérience inoubliable, et nous sommes impatients de revenir séjourner chez elle lors de notre prochaine visite dans la région.
