Our cozy guesthouse with sauna is located on an island on the Leidsche Vaart near the Braassemermeer. You will find us between Amsterdam (about 30 minutes, car), Schiphol (about 20 minutes, car and 30 minutes, bus) and The Hague (about 35 minutes, car) and the Groene Hart. Many possibilities for cycling, walking (located on the Marskramerpad), boating, cities and/or beaches (25 minutes) to visit. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

This charming and cozy residence with stylish furnishings is centrally located between Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Leiden and the beach. Everything within a 30 minute drive. There is a private entrance. You enter on the ground floor. Here is a private toilet, private bathroom, washing machine and refrigerator. Upstairs are two rooms, a bedroom with flat screen TV (all channels and Netflix), breakfast/ office and wardrobe. On the landing is the oven/microwave, Nespresso machine and kettle.

The cottage has its own entrance with parking space. You will stay on our property, but due to a separation, you will enjoy complete privacy. There is one bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, sitting area with smartTV and a kitchenette with faucet and coffee/tea facilities. A separate stove is available. Parties are not allowed.
