A place that manages to be next to paradise, 1 km from the beach, 200 m from the Lagoinha trail, and a few meters from numerous restaurants, markets, pharmacies, nightclubs, cinema, bike paths, study centers (Sagres), in short, you don't even need to leave the neighborhood to enjoy the island. Vila Vida has kittens living in the space, so it's important to be comfortable around cats, as they will be walking around everywhere

Come and enjoy this paradise with your family amidst the greenery of the Atlantic Forest. Our house is located in the Municipal Park of Dunas da Joaquina, a permanent preservation area, 2 minutes from Pico da Cruz beach, a place of peace and quiet! In order to maintain tranquility and avoid frustrations, we do not accept: - Events and parties in general; - Speakers with high volume (even during the day); - Exacerbated mess. Family atmosphere and quiet neighbors!
