Vila Vida Rio Tavares is in the best neighborhood in Floripa! A place that manages to be next to paradise, 1 km from the beach, 200 m from the Lagoinha trail, and a few meters from numerous restaurants, markets, pharmacies, nightclubs, cinema, bike paths, study centers (Sagres), in short, you don't even need to leave the neighborhood to enjoy the island. Vila Vida has kittens living in the space, so it's important to be comfortable around cats, as they will be walking around everywhere

Marco was a very kind host with a beautiful home. It was spacious, clean, and full of character (books, posters, style). The internet always worked well and the place was very peaceful. Marco is very easy to get along with and overall a fantastic host. I'd recommend this place to others and happily stay again. Obrigado Marco. Tem uma casa muito bonita e limpa com espaço também. Gostei de tranquilidade. O wifi funcionou muito bem e fiquei feliz de ter dois lugares para colocar a rede. Marco é muito gentil e realmente gente boa. Recomendaria a Casa Verde para qualquer pessoa, especialmente quem gosta de natureza.

Rose's apartment is located in a quiet place, with access to the beach by trail and close to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and everything else. We felt at home. The rooms are good sized, the decor brings warmth. The beds are comfortable and the linens and towels smell clean. We can see that everything is thoughtfully designed to provide an excellent guest experience. We were attended by co-host Kadidja, who proactively guided us and promptly answered our questions. I have nothing but praise and I recommend the stay.

I identified with the space, loved the details of the apartment and the coziness, so I chose to stay the weekend in your loft. I discovered the Oracle and took a card as soon as I arrived, and it was exactly what the moment represented for me. Communication with Laura was perfect and efficient, which made me very comfortable being in a different place and traveling alone. I loved that the loft was actually a few meters away from the beach, so I could see the sunrise and come and go as many times as I wanted between the beach and the loft.

Lilian's apartment is impeccable. Clean and fragrant. Exactly as in the pictures. Bed linen, duvet, blankets of excellent quality. We felt at home. The neighborhood of Novo Campeche is safe and has everything you need in the surroundings, with a quick walk. We'll be back other times.

Such a fantastic place! Great part of the island and very well located. Trails make it a short walk to the beach and into town. The home was clean and in a very secure & safe building. The bed is so comfortable! The host was easy to reach if we had questions, I would rent again from this host!
