Their is free street parking right in front of the apartment . Uber gets here quickly! If you have dog allergies the heat is forced hot air with dogs next door.

I am offering a room with a queen size bed, a couch and its own private bathroom. This space has one door that can be locked and one sliding door into a great room that is only yours to enjoy! You will be the only ones on that side of the house. You’ll have your own kitchenette nook with a coffeemaker, hot water kettle, microwave and mini refrigerator. Silverware, plates & bowls are provided too. On your first morning I’ll drop off a tray with coffee and a freshly baked something.

We live in the attached house but the space you are renting is completely private--with a private entrance and no shared spaces. There is a brick wall between the spaces so we won't hear you and you won't hear us!

This historic structure is full of character and is part of the Kingston Mill Historic District - named after the building. Built in 1893, the mill is located at the base of Lake Carnegie and is an easy trip into Princeton for visiting the University, shops, and restaurants, but also a wonderful place to just relax. It is the perfect stay for those who want a little quiet and to be a little closer to nature. It's hard to compare the views! AC in bedrooms only.

WELCOME! We are located close to campus - 4 mins by car and 20 mins by walk. We are renting out the master bedroom of our house, which has an attached bath with private entry overlooking our backyard. This room is not a detached unit and is part of the main house. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK : We are building a one-bedroom house in our backyard; the construction happens between 8 am and 6 pm. So expect some level of noise during that time. Thank you!
