Historic Mill Retreat - 3 BR-1st fl waterview unit

This historic structure is full of character and is part of the Kingston Mill Historic District - named after the building. Built in 1893, the mill is located at the base of Lake Carnegie and is an easy trip into Princeton for visiting the University, shops, and restaurants, but also a wonderful place to just relax. Attached to the main house, but guests have their own entrance, washer and dryer, and your own driveway with parking for 2 vehicles. 14 minute drive to downtown Princeton. We have beautiful backroads to walk, bike or run 2 miles down to the Delaware and Raritan Tow Path.
