Incredible location and space to enjoy ATL from. Would definitely consider coming back to this place in the future!

We had a great stay for our daughters med school graduation. Clean comfortable spot for our family. We were just two blocks from her home in a quiet neighborhood Easy walking to restaurants.

After a crazy cancellation with a different Airbnb, Sara and Brock helped us get in at their place with only a 24 hour notice. It was much appreciated as we had a big group coming for a convention in Atlanta. The place was beautiful, spacious, and close to the Marta. Thank you!

Sara was amazing! She communicated well with me and responded anytime I needed assistance! The home was very spacious for a two bedroom! The only thing that was a little uncomfortable was the sofas in living room and one having a cat and dog smell so we couldn’t really enjoy watching tv and rooms didn’t have tv but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

This was a great place, and the host was awesome and friendly! I would definitely book this place if it is available next time I am in ATL.

This was one of the very best experiences I’ve had with Airbnb. The he was absolutely beautiful with a vintage boho feel that I loved. It was immaculate and well stocked. The host was EXTREMELY ATTENTIVE and VERY ACCOMMODATING. The pet friendly environment was a plus. I will definitely recommend and stay again.

We had a great stay here It was perfect for what we needed for our visit in the area. The Dramatic trends ladies are great hosts, went the extra mile for us when we requested an extra item for the kitchen and a slightly later checkout . Very happy and would stay again!

The place was perfect for our family!! The gate fobs & garage door opener made getting in and out amazing!! Right outside the back door is a playground and a pool!! Beautiful view of the pool and playground from the master bedroom sitting area! Fully equipped office w a monitor, keyboard, mouse & printer!!! This was such a blessing as I was able to get some much needed work done!! We loved it!

We had a great stay. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, and dishes. The master’s bedroom was spacious; the bathroom area had a nice amount of counter space; and the walk-in closet was roomy enough for all of our luggage. I also appreciated the number of outlets throughout the unit. The nightly rate was on the expensive side, but if you are particular, as I am, about where you lay your head at night, I would recommend this property.

Angela is a thoughtful and gracious host. I appreciate my welcome card and gift. I rate Angela’s place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value places I have stayed. The house was as advertised, very clean, modern, spacious and had everything we needed to feel at home. The house was close to Walmart, which was handy, and close to restaurants, fast food and Stonecrest Mall. Communication was excellent. The host accommodated a last-minute request to check-in early with no hesitation. The host responded quickly to all questions and concerns. A nice place to rest, quiet, very nice and clean, and the hostess was very friendly. I thought it was an excellent place to rest.

The townhouse felt like a welcoming home where we could relax, freely use kitchen, etc. - Just like I was in my own home. I’ve stayed in other Airbnb’s where I felt that even opening a kitchen drawer was an intrusion into someone else’s space. That was not the case here. We felt completely free and welcome to use the spaces to suit our needs. We were in town for a Memorial Service so we had numerous foods and flower prep activities. It was the perfect space with everything we needed. Kat’s townhouse is comfortable, the downstairs open layout is spacious, beds, pillows were comfortable - an all around easy space. Great restaurants and shops are near by, especially for Atlanta area distances. We would stay here again if in the area.

We had a nice stay at Sarah's place, it felt like home, also having the same taste of a clean and practical home! Sarah communicates so well and shared nice local recommendations of restaurants and things to do! Thank you so much Sarah!

Was very relaxing when I was able to come back from the VA hospital to shower and eat. I never got to sleep in the bed because I was at the hospital all night. It served its purpose. To come back & shower & change. I spent only a few hours there Andy made my process with this and my brother advanced cancer diagnosis easier telling me if I needed anything. as far as having someone on hand who said if I needed anything to let him know The only downside and the was my fault was I paid to much for the little time I spent there. That’s not Andy’s fault. Andy Thank you for your kindness and support!

This place was perfect for our mother/daughter girls’ trip (6 of us attending a concert). The townhome has a clean, sleek, contemporary aesthetic with comfy beds and a convenient location located in a nice, quiet community. While we encountered a minor issue upon arrival with fruit flies in the unit (We later discovered this was due to the trash in the garage not being removed prior to our arrival, however I do suspect that this may have been a one-off issue.), Yaw was attentive and responsive to our concerns. Also, the girls liked having the opportunity to use the community pool, and overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We made a last minute visit to Atlanta and I’m happy we were able to book this place. It’s very near the 96 Olympic cauldron and I thought that was cool. East short drive to Georgia Aquarium, zoo, and Coca Cola World. We traveled with our dogs and found the neighborhood to be dog friendly. The area is being revitalized but it was quiet and seemed very safe. Grocery store and pocket restaurants very near. Probably walking distance if you wanted. The king bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. House had everything we needed for 4 people and a couple dogs. The Garage was a plus. It is tight but we have a mid size suv and it easily fit. TVs is bedrooms was a plus when everyone needed some space. I would stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Decatur is one of the hidden gems of Georgia and this townhouse was sensational! Very clean, quiet, and conveniently located!
