Location, location, location! If downtown Decatur or Emory is your destination, this is the place for you! The property was very convenient to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping - everything! I am glad that the parking is on property and easy to access. It was very easy to communicate with Grace and she was responsive to all contact and requests. My wife and I would stay here again, where it's Greater in Decatur!

Gail’s place was perfect for my week-long intensive class at Emory—close, convenient, clean, had everything I needed. She was a fabulous host, offering clear instructions for check in and out and even some suggestions on places to eat. The bedding and accommodations were comfortable. Great mini-kitchen. I hope to stay again!

Sean made things easy — clear communication from initial booking. It was clean, quiet, and perfectly located. I could walk most anywhere I wanted to go. It was a nice atmosphere and would definitely stay there again.

Dawn’s place was perfect - quiet, quaint, clean and in a prime Decatur location. No notes! We could not have asked for a better stay, Dawn was lovely and communicative!

Fantastic, secluded and private spot in a great neighborhood. Loved the chickens roaming in the backyard. Walkable to Virginia Highlands main section of restaurants and bars. Happened to be there for Porchfest which was a lot of fun. Hosts were very responsive and attentive. Would stay again.

Ten minute walk to the restaurants and shops in Decatur. There is also a MARTA station in Decatur, so it is ideal for someone who wants to spend time in downtown Atlanta but not stay overnight in downtown Atlanta. Very comfortable apartment over a garage. Some steps involved in getting there, but this should not be a problem for most people.

The guesthouse is in a great location, it’s a 10-15 minute drive to many popular attractions. We felt safe and had privacy. The hosts are remarkably accommodating and helpful. The melody of nature gives the neighborhood the perfect setting when strolling to the park just minutes away from the guesthouse. It’s a tranquil oasis after the hustle and bustle of the city. the guesthouse is truly a gem.

Great location! We were able to easily walk to the event we were attending as well as surrounding shops and restaurants. The space was perfect for what we needed.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. It was very clean, the hosts texted to make sure we had everything we needed, and the price was amazing. I just hope the next time we are in Atlanta it is in the cooler months so we can enjoy the fire pit because this is definately the place we are going to stay. I rented this beautiful pool house to celebrate my daughter’s graduation, and it was everything we hoped for and more! The space was absolutely stunning—stylish, comfortable, and designed with so much care and intention. From the layout to the décor, every detail felt thoughtful and welcoming. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The amenities were top-notch and incredibly well-stocked—from kitchen essentials to extra towels and thoughtful touches that made the celebration feel even more special. They were also extremely responsive and helpful with all of our questions before and during our stay, which made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. This was the perfect place to gather with loved ones and create unforgettable memories. We’re so grateful to the hosts for sharing such a beautiful space with us. Kip's apartment was just perfect for the two of us. it was quiet and private and near all the fun in Decatur and Oakhurst. Lovely walking around the neighborhood and through Agnes Scott College campus. We will definitely stay again.

We loved our stay! Hosts were very accommodating, super friendly, and helpful! I’m a fan of TVD so just to see the property was an amazing experience. We even got a private tour of the mansion itself where most the filming was made, beautiful home. They have ducks on their pond, very kind pets, and they allowed us free range of the property. The air bnb itself was perfect space, looks just as the pictures show. Cozy space and made us feel at home. They’re located at a walking distance to the Covington square so we spent most our time walking and didn’t use our car much since everything was close by. We would come here again!

Beverly’s place was even more beautiful than I imagined or could be captured in photos. What a gem, close to Covington! Random praise: that’s the most comfortable couch I’ve ever lounged on. Talk about feeling at home and comfy!

recommended! another great stay at William's Carriage House. I was glad to have both regular and decaf coffee K-Cups. I really appreciated the video of how to use the air conditioner and heater thermostat. also, the written instructions about various things were very helpful. I flew in, took Marta rail to the Decatur station, walked to Kelly's Market, about three blocks from the station, and then to William's place, about three more blocks. most of the sidewalks are very pedestrian friendly, and it was a real pleasure walking around the Beautiful streets, even with my roll aboard suitcase, and backpack. the rail was very easy to use, inexpensive, safe, and people were very friendly and helpful with the two questions I had. I'm looking forward to making the exact same trip again!

Our stay at Jacki’s place was great, such a cool neighborhood and a friendly host. My fiancée, goodness retriever and I were quite comfortable and hope to stay here again in our next trip to Atlanta

Steve's place was the perfect weekend getaway. I visited Atlanta to visit my son, who just bought a home. His house was still a wreck and I figured he could have a stay-cation and I didn't want to spend my time moving furniture and unpacking. The loft was exactly as pictured. The garden was beautiful. I enjoyed having coffee and toast out on the deck as the sun came up, listening to the birds and watching the squirrels and chipmunks. Everything was clean, tidy and in working order. High-speed wi-fi and a Smart TV we were able to cast to. And, the water pressure in the shower was great! I'll definitely stay again when I'm in Atlanta...maybe even after my son's home is ready. The neighborhood is amazing, historical and gentrified. Shops, restaurants and groceries all within walking distance. Quick Uber rides to attractions. Thank you!

Squeaky clean and walkable to just about everything you need. The space is small, but there’s still room to sleep, sit, work and eat - and the bed is big and very comfortable. I’d be happy to stay here again.

The home is exactly as listed. Very cute and cozy. Quincy was great at communicating and did not hesitate to answer any of my questions. I definitely recommend and would book again!

Jeffrey's place is just lovely and even nicer than the pictures provided on the site. It is very spacious, homey, and clean; perfect for two. I loved the decor as well as sitting on the front porch. Jeffrey responded to messages promptly. I highly recommend The Moreland and will definitely book again on my next trip to Atlanta!

I loved my time at Lindy’s cottage so much that I extended my stay! It’s a beautiful space, exactly as pictured/described. Lindy herself was an extremely gracious and attentive host. I’ll definitely be back!
